Research On The Influence Of Background Characteristics Of Scientific Research Scholars On Paper Output

Scientific research scholars are the key to the competition of scientific and technological strength and the core force of national technological progress.However,there are great individual differences in the output of scientific research scholars.The "28 phenomenon " in the field of economics also appears in the output distribution of scientific research papers,that is,80% of the scientific research achievements in the field of science are created by 20% of the scientific research scholars.So,what are the background characteristics of these few high-level scientific research scholars? What background features affect their research paper output? How do these background features affect the output of their research papers?In order to scientifically reveal the influence of the background characteristics of scientific research scholars on the output of the paper,this paper is based on the sample data of scientific research scholars in the field of library and information in the 2015-2019 project list of the National Social Science Fund.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Construction of the Model of Influencing Factors on the Output of Scientific Research ScholarsIn order to ensure the adequacy of the sample size,this study selects the project leaders of youth projects and general projects on the 2015-2019 project list as the research object.the background information of scientific research scholars is collected by CNKI the full-text database of full-text database of citation database and other channels.Then,the collected data are collated and manually screened.The multiple regression model is constructed and the regression effect of regression equation is tested.(2)Research on the Influence of Background Characteristics of Scientific Research Scholars on Paper OutputThe output of scientific research scholars is influenced by the external environment and the internal environment.By consulting the relevant literature,the background characteristics of scientific research scholars are divided into four indexes: demographic background,educational background,academic background and work background,including the age,sex,educational background,unit category,professional title,number of co-authors,number of funds supported,and eight influencing factors in the research field.The output of the paper is divided into two dimensions: quantity and quality.The quantity of the output of the paper is measured CSSCI?SSCI the sum of the papers in the past five years,and the quality of the output of the paper is measured by the H index.To explore scientific scholars In order to clarify the purpose,object,hypothesis,independent variable and dependent variable of the research.Complete data processing SPSS19.0 using statistical analysis software.(3)Policy recommendations based on influencing factors of scientific outputsThis study discusses the influencing factors of scientific research scholars' paper output,reveals the influence of many factors on scientific research paper output,and helps us to understand the present situation and law of scientific research paper output.It is helpful to find suitable "trustee" for future research projects in China.Combined with the influencing factors of paper output,it provides suggestions to countries,institutions and individuals in improving scientific research performance.Through the research,the main conclusions are as follows:the academic qualifications of scientific research scholars,the number of co-authors,the number of funds supported,the number of unit categories have a significant impact on the number of paper outputs,the number of co-authors,the number of funds supported,the research field,professional posts,gender,and unit categories have a significant impact on the quality of the paper.This paper puts forward some strategic suggestions: first,pay attention to the paper output of scientific research scholars over 50 years old.Second,appropriate expansion of library and information related professional doctorate.Third,actively promote academic exchanges and cooperation among scholars.Fourth,the implementation of fund classification funding,expand the scope of fund funding.
