In October 2015,the State Council issued the "overall Plan for promoting World-class Universities and first-class discipline Construction",which broke the shortcomings of identity,labeling and fixation of two projects.The proposal of"double-first-class" university construction requires that university construction and discipline construction must take the leading position in the country.As a kind of soft power,the cultural construction of colleges and universities has an imperceptible influence on its development.The university news network,as the portal established by colleges and universities,is an important way to promote sports publicity.Strengthening the establishment of campus sports news in colleges and universities is beneficial for colleges and universities to guide and educate students,promote the spiritual and cultural construction of colleges and universities to form a unique cultural and educational style of colleges and universities,and through the propaganda and guidance of sports news,we should enhance and improve students' ideological and political consciousness and give full play to the fortress role of colleges and universities as the frontier of socialist education in the new era.For the society's continuous output of high-end talents with strong technical ability,excellent ideas and good physical quality.Research purpose:this paper takes a "double-first-class" university and social portal website in Shaanxi as the main research object,starting from the number of sports news and news materials in colleges and universities.based on the statistical survey of some "double-first-class" universities and social portals in Shaanxi,this paper probes into the news life cycle from the characteristics of news materials,so as to indirectly help the cultivation of sports literacy of students in related colleges and universities.This paper puts forward some effective suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of the concept of physical education in colleges and universities in our country.Research methods:in order to maximize the degree to make the data truly meaningful,this paper uses the methods of literature,comparative research and"Python" data processing to collect data from major websites,crawl the selected number of college sports news through specific programming settings,and crawl the news data of universities and portals from the perspective of news materials to carry out a series of comparative analysis.Research results:compared with the sports content of the domestic excellent university news network,the top universities in China are more complete than the sports news network of Shaanxi universities,and the distribution of functions and information plates are more detailed.Some "double first-class" universities in Shaanxi are compared with social portals in terms of the cycle of news materials and the law of prescription,and it is found that the construction of sports news in colleges and universities in Shaanxi is not good.The main reason is the fact that the whole news network construction attaches importance to surface construction,but the actual communication effect is poor.Through the analysis of the conclusions are as follows:(1)As a double-first-class university,news networks play a role in the exchange of information in sports propaganda,and it is necessary to strengthen the establishment of docking channels for sports news at home and abroad.(2)Colleges and universities need to train website operators to establish websites and corresponding standards and systems.(3)Innovate the style of sports news,so that the forces in the network can understand rational and correct perceptual thinking under the influence of the culture of colleges and universities.(4)As a university news network,it needs to keep up with the world sports trend and interpret and spread it through the unique way of the news media,so that domestic people can find their own views and attitudes from the perspective of third-party college students.promote the rise of domestic events and promote the fashion of domestic national sports.
