| Purpose:Through literature research,this article explores the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thyroid related ophthalmopathy through literature research,,and provides new literature evidence for clinical application.Material and method:Based on the current textbooks and monographs related to internal medicine and surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the literature records about thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO),the following key words were selected: "exophthalmos","Uighur eye coagulation","fish eyes never at night","shape like fish cells","mental eye swelling","Eye Bead protrusion",This paper uses the database of ancient Chinese medicine books in the library of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine to search the key words of ancient Chinese books.The retrieved literatures were classified according to the etiology,pathogenesis,disease name,treatment methods,treatment principles,prescriptions,etc.,and then entered into the database for statistical analysis.Through screening,frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out in the established database.The statistical software spss24.0 was used in frequency analysis and cluster analysis,and SPSS modeler 18.0 was used in association rule analysis to obtain the drug compatibility law.Results:Frequency analysis: according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the prescriptions in ancient Chinese medical literature were counted and screened.Among the 63 ancient Chinese medical books,80 prescriptions for treating "exophthalmos" were selected,and 60 prescriptions were excluded.Among them,117 kinds of drugs were used,and 16 kinds of drugs were classified,The total frequency of drug use was 464.Among them,rhubarb,Fangfeng,gardenia,angelica,Scutellaria,licorice,Coptis,chuanxiong,notopterygium,red peony were the top 10 herbs.In the aspect of drug channel,the drugs of lung channel,liver channel and heart channel ranked the top three.In terms of the four Qi classification of drugs,the frequency of cold drugs,warm drugs and mild drugs ranked the top three.In the classification of five drugs,bitter drugs,sweet drugs and pungent drugs ranked the top three.In terms of drug classification,antipyretic drugs,antidepressant drugs and tonic drugs ranked in the top three.2.Analysis of association rules: the Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the association rules of 117 traditional Chinese medicines.The support degree is ? 20 and the confidence degree is ? 80.A total of 34 rules are generated.Among the combinations of two herbs,three herbs and four herbs,the common combinations were liquorice + Saposhnikovia group,liquorice +Saposhnikovia + notopterygium group and Chuanxiong + liquorice + Saposhnikovia +notopterygium group.3.Cluster analysis: using the statistical method of cluster analysis,three groups of clustering formulas were obtained.They were divided into the first group: mint,radix paeoniae rubra,Radix Scrophulariae,chrysanthemum,Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Radix Bupleuri,Equisetum,asarum;The second group: Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Notopterygii,Radix Saposhnikoviae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong;The third group: rhubarb,gardenia.Conclusion:1.When using prescriptions to treat thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO),ancient Chinese medicine doctors mostly used antipyretic drugs as the basis,and on this basis,combined with the application of antidote drugs and tonic drugs,in order to treat both the symptoms and the root causes.Most of the drugs used belong to lung,liver and heart meridians;Among them,five kinds of sweet drugs,spicy drugs and bitter drugs are used more,and four kinds of drugs are mainly cold drugs,warm drugs and mild drugs.2.Rhubarb,Fangfeng,gardenia,angelica,Scutellaria,licorice,Coptis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,notopterygium Notopterygii and Paeoniae Rubra are the core drugs for the treatment of thyroid related ophthalmopathy in ancient medical books. |
