Objective: By observing the objective indexes in the randomized trial study,the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)electroion implantation in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency dry eyes was evaluated,which provided an objective basis for the clinical application of thunder fire moxibustion combined with TCM electroion implantation in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency dry eyes.Methods:From November 2018 to January 2020,120 patients with dry eyes diagnosed as qi-yin deficiency were collected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the affiliated hospital of gansu university of traditional Chinese medicine and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with artificial tears.The treatment group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)electric ion implantation.Tear meniscus height(TMH),break-uptime(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIT),fluorescence staining(FL),and Chinese medicine syndrome score were detected and compared before and after treatment for 30 days(2 days).To evaluate whether the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant.Results:1.Patients in the control and treatment groups were tested for gender,age,course of disease,and SIT,BUT,TMH,FL,and TCM syndrome scores before treatment,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and was comparable.2.Schirmer I test: comparing the SIT data of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the amount of tear secretion was improved,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The comparison of the results between the two groups after treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the improvement of tear secretion in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group.3.BUT: comparing the BUT data of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the tear film rupture time of both groups was longer than before treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The data between the treatment group and the control group was compared between groups P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the tear film rupture time of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group.4.TMH: comparing the TMH data of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the height of tears in both groups was higher than before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The data between the two groups aftertreatment was compared between groups P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the height of tears in the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group.5.FL: The FL data of the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.The fluorescent staining scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The data between the two groups after treatment was compared between groups P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the fluorescent staining score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.6.The total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.The total symptom scores of the two groups were improved compared with before,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Except for the burning sensation in the treatment group,the rest of the indicators improved more than before,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In the control group,except for burning sensation,dry mouth,less body fluid,and fatigue fatigue symptoms,the other indicators were improved compared with before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,the treatment group was compared with the control group,except The indicators other than the burning sensation were significantly improved compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.7.Total effective rate: total effective rate is 91.3%;control group total effective rate is84.2%.Examination of the treatment efficiency of the two groups,P = 0.028 <0.05,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1)Thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ion introduction method is more effective than conventional treatment in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency dry eyes.2)The treatment of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine electric ion implantation can significantly increase the amount of tear secretion,prolong the tear film rupture time,improve the stability of the tear film,and effectively relieve the local discomfort around the eye and the overall symptoms.3)Thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)electroion introduction in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency dry eyes has the effect of nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,soothing the liver and brightening the eyes,thecomprehensive curative effect is significant,providing an effective treatment basis for clinical application.
