Purpose:By using the method of correlation statistics,this paper sorts out and analyzes the related literatures about the treatment of Graves' ophthalmopathy with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years,it can provide reliable evidence for future prescription drug use.Material and method:CNKI and Wanfang database were used to search the related literatures,collecting the literatures from January 1,1999 to January 1,2019 about the treatment of TCM.According to the standard of inclusion and exclusion,literature was screened,the collected data were imported into Microsoft Excel to create a database,and the syndrome types,elements,prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicines were statistically analyzed by frequency and frequency.The drugs with frequency ?25 times were selected and included in SPSS 20.0 statistical software for systematic cluster analysis.The Chinese herbal medicines involved were analyzed from the aspects of sex and taste,channel TROPISM and classification,and the drugs with the same cluster were analyzed.Results:A total of 90 papers were selected,which involved 47 types of syndrome,of which the most frequent were liver-fire syndrome,liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome,phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome and liver-qi stagnation syndrome.10 kinds of syndrome elements can be obtained by sorting 14 kinds of syndrome types with ?3 times,among which fire-heat Syndrome,Yin Deficiency Syndrome,phlegm syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and QI stagnation syndrome are the most frequent.There are 66 prescriptions and 5 kinds of single herbs extracts,among which the most frequently used prescriptions or single herbs extracts are: Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,tripterygium glycosides,Erchen decoction and Gentian Xiegan decoction.It contains 190 drugs,with a total frequency of 2006.The drugs with more than 25 times are Poria Cocos,Prunella vulgaris and so on,which are important drugs for treating Graves ophthalmopathy.According to the classification of drug nature and taste,the common drug nature is cold medicine,the commonly used drugs are sweet medicine and bitter medicine,the most commonly used drugs in the liver Meridian.The frequency of antipyretic is the highest in the classification of drugs,the frequency is 512,the frequency is 25.52%,and the antipyretic and purging powder is commonly used.The cluster analysis of25 traditional Chinese medicines used more than 25 times can be divided into five clusters.Conclusion:1.The most common syndromes involved in treating Graves ophthalmopathy were liver-fire syndrome,liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome,phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome and liver-qi stagnation syndrome.Heat Syndrome,Yin Deficiency Syndrome,Phlegm Syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,Qi stagnation syndrome are the most frequently occurring syndrome elements.2.The most frequently used prescriptions or single drug extracts for treating Graves ophthalmopathy were Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,tripterygium glycosides tablets,Erchen decoction and Gentian Xiegan decoction.3.The core drugs for treating Graves ophthalmopathy are 25 kinds of drugs such as Poria Cocos,Prunella Vulgaris,Fritillaria Thunbergii,Solanum lyratum thunb,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,among which Poria Cocos is the most frequently used drug.4.Treatment of Graves ophthalmopathy drugs to cold,sweet,into the liver Meridian based.5.The main drugs used to treat Graves ophthalmopathy are heat-clearing drugs and heat-clearing and fire-purging drugs.6.Based on cluster analysis,five groups of common drugs for treating Graves ophthalmopathy were obtained,and the principles of formulation were analyzed.They were suitable for various pathogenesis in the course of GO The first category is in accordance with the pathogenesis of Spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,the second category is in accordance with the pathogenesis of liver-fire ascending inflammation and offending the ringleader,the third category is in accordance with the pathogenesis of liver-gallbladder damp-heat,the fourth category is in accordance with the pathogenesis of Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis The fifth type is compatible with the pathogenesis of Spleen deficiency and Phlegm coagulation with blood stasis.
