Purpose:1.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,summarize and analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic bronchitis.2.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,summarize and analyze Professor Qu Nini's prescription rules for the treatment of CB.Material and method:1.Analyze the prescription law of TCM treatment of CB based on the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.Comprehensively search the three major Chinese electronic databases about the use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of CB literature,screen and establish a prescription database,use the frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis,association analysis and other data mining methods integrated with the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software to analyze the Chinese medicine treatment of CB The basic treatment principles,common treatment methods,drug selection and compatibility laws.2.Analyze Professor Qu Nini's prescription rules for the treatment of chronic bronchitis based on the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance.Collect the prescriptions for outpatient treatment of CB from Professor Qu Nini at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2019 to December 2020,and use the frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis,association analysis and other data integrated by the software integration of the TCM inheritance assistance platform Excavating methods,analyzing the basic treatment principles,common treatment methods,drug selection and compatibility laws of Professor Qu Nini's treatment of CB.Results:1.Analyze the prescription law of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic bronchitis based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance Literature research has screened out 366 CB prescriptions,involving 195 Chinese medicines.According to the results,it can be seen that licorice,almonds,pinellia,platycodon,etc.are the most frequently used single medicines;the medicine is mainly warm and cold,and the medicine taste is mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;the medicine's effect is mostly to relieve phlegm,supplemented by relieving cough and relieving asthma;The drug combinations with higher confidence are Pinellia-Sangbaipi-almond,Pinellia-Tangerine peel-Poria-Licorice,Asarum-Panxia;11 new prescriptions are obtained,and the new prescriptions are characterized by mixed drug properties,and are used to nourish yin and nourish the kidney.2.Analyze Professor Qu Nini's prescription rules for the treatment of chronic bronchitis based on the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance Professor Qu's outpatient materials selected 217 prescriptions,involving 128 Chinese medicines.According to the results,it can be seen that the frequency of single-medicine use is higher;the medicinal properties are mainly warm,and the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,pungent and sweet;the main efficacy of the drug is cough and asthma,supplemented by dispelling the lung and cold;For heat syndrome,Qingjin Huatan Decoction is used to relieve cough,Zhisou San is used to relieve cough,and Duqi Pill is used to invigorate the kidney.7new prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,the prescription of chronic bronchitis is analyzed,and it is concluded that the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of CB is based on the principle of relieving cough,resolving phlegm and relieving asthma,especially for relieving cough and removing heat.The potential new party may be an important supplement to the basic party and needs to be further explored.Professor Qu's treatment of CB is more inclined to the use of warming lungs and drinking drugs.Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Zhisou Powder are the most commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of CB.
