Based On Data Mining And Analysis Of Professor Ma Jianwei's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease

Object:The purpose of this research is to investigate the prescription rergularity and academic thoughts of professor Jianwei Ma in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Method:This research is building up the data base with excel and traditional chinese medicine inheritance support system by collected the chronic kidney disease patients’s information including names,ages,genders,treatment timet,ID,clinical diagnosis and prescriptions of chinese medicines prescribed during the visit,and using SPSS 20.0 software and traditional chinese medicine inheritance support system to analyze the medication rules of chronic kidney disease.Then on the basis above,explore the clinical experience and academic thoughts of professor Jianwei Ma.Result:1.Chronic kidney disease patients are mostly male,and their prevalence increases with age.The three age groups of 50-59 years old,60-69 years old,and 70-79 years old are the main incidence peaks.Chronic kidney disease patients with more comorbidities,hypertension,diabetes,hyperuricemia,arteriosclerosis,hyperlipidemia is the most common.2.In 563 chinese medicine prescription,using 235 chinese medicines in total.The top 10 chinese medicines used in the first place are Huangqi,Fulin,Shengdihuang,Shiwei,Shanzhuyu,Baizhu,Shanyao,Danggui,Shuihonghuazi,Zexie.The distribution of four natures of chinese medicines is mainly cold medicine,warm medicine and flat medicine.The distribution of the five flavors is mainly sweet medicine,bitter medicine and spicy medicine.The distribution of the channel tropism is mainly liver channe,kidney channel and spleen channel.Classification of chinese medicines efficacy is mainly based on tonic medicine,lishui osmotic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-receiving medicine,blood-activating phlegm.Using association rules analysis,the common chinese medicines combinations were 41 groups of drugs such as Huangqi,Fulin;Shengdihuang,Huangqi;Huangqi,Shiwei;Huangqi,Baizhu;Shanzhuyu,Huangqi;Baizhu,Fulin;etc.And concluded the core drug for treating chronic kidney disease are Huangqi,Fulin,Shanyao,Shengdihuang,Shanzhuyu,Baizhu,Shiwei,Danggui.Based on hierarchical clustering analysis,the potential drug combinations are Shanzhuyu,Nvzhenzi;Huangbai,Tufulin;Maidong,Nvzhenzi;Wumei,Yinchaihu;Wumei,Baixianpi;Cangzhu,Baizhu;Huangbai,Huanglian;Cangzhu,Ganjiang;Lianqiao,Shenqu;Peilan,Huoxiang;Cangzhu,Yumixu;Sangpiaoxiao,Yizhiren,Jinyinzi;Daxueteng,Cangzhu,Tufulin;Chuanxiong,Tianma,Sanleng;Baimaogen,Xiaoji,Oujie;etc.Then on the basis above,analysis of 18 new prescriptions for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.3.Analysis of core drugs for chronic kidney disease based on staging of chronic kidney disease,The core drugs of CKD phase 1 are Huangqi,Shanzhuyu,Dilong,Baizhu,Shanyao,Shiwei,Qianshi,Chantui,Shengdihuang,Shuihonghuazi,Fulin;The core drugs of CKD phase 2 are Mudanpi,Zexie,Qianshi,Shengdihuang,Shanyao,Fulin,Dilong,Shiwei,Dangshen,Danggui,Huangqi,Shanzhuyu;The core drugs of CKD phase 3 are is mainly liver channe,kidney channel and spleen channel.Classification of drug efficacy is mainly based on tonic medicine,Lishui osmotic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-receiving medicine,blood-activating phlegm,etc.The four natures,five flavors and channel tropism distribution of drugs in various stages of chronic kidney disease are basically consistent with the general medication rules.2.The focus of each phase of medication is invigorating spleen and kidney.CKD1 period including Incoming wind and dredging collaterals,tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness,reinforcing the kidney and astringing essence,activating blood and promoting diuresis;CKD2-3 stage strengthens reinforcing qi and nourishing blood and clearing heat and promoting diuresis on the basis of CKD1 stage;On the basis of pre-treatment,CKD4-5 strengthens warming the kidney and boosting essence,inducing diuresis to alleviate edema,detoxifying and activating blood circulation.3.The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is caused by spleen and kidney deficiency,dampness,blood stasis,heat poisoning,etc.Therefore,the methods of adhere to the principle,flexible medication,cold medicine and warm medicine use together,simultaneous conditioning of liver channe,kidney channel and spleen channe in treatment is important.Tonic is mainly reinforcing qi and nourishing blood and invigorating spleen and kidney,eliminating evil is mainly invigorating the circulation of blood,alleviating water,dispeling the wind,clearing heat,relieving internal heat or fever,purging turbidity,dredging collaterals,etc.Professor Jianwei Ma believes that the chronic kidney disease belong to asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.
