Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Long-term Care Insurance For The Disabled Elderly In Heilongjiang Province

At present,the degree of aging in China is deepening,and a large number of families with "421" structure and "empty nest families" have emerged,which can no longer meet the care needs of the elderly by relying solely on children's care.At the same time,China is a populous country with insufficient medical resources and low medical care costs.Compared with young people,the old people's body function declines faster,and the risk of old people's diseases and disability is increasing,which makes their demand for long-term care services show a rising trend.Therefore,we should speed up the construction of a sound long-term care insurance system to solve the above problems.Based on the latest data of China Health and Pension Tracking Survey(CHARLS),198 elderly people aged 60 and above were selected from Qiqihar,Harbin,Jixi and Jiamusi in Heilongjiang Province,and descriptive statistical analysis was made on their individual characteristics,economic characteristics and health status to understand the basic situation of disabled elderly people in Heilongjiang Province.Explore the influencing factors of long-term care insurance demand in Heilongjiang Province.According to the research results,some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening the government's responsibility and supervision,constructing a perfect long-term care insurance system,accelerating the development of supporting the long-term care industry,etc.It is expected to provide reference for the development and improvement of the long-term care insurance system,so that the disabled elderly can get better care and live a long and healthy life.
