Background:at present,with the rapid development of science and technology,the pace of life and work is accelerated,intelligent devices are widely used,and various visual fatigue symptoms,such as dry eyes,acid bilge and unclear vision,widely exist in the population.visual fatigue can occur in all age groups,among which the elderly patients have a slow relief of symptoms and have a more prominent impact on life because of their decreased accommodation,decreased physical energy,easy to be complicated with xerophthalmia and mental and psychological factors.At present,modern medicine mainly uses rest,oral vitamins,anti-fatigue eye drops and other means to treat the disease,and even some doctors think that the disease has no therapeutic significance,resulting in some patients can not get effective and targeted treatment and suffer.Acupuncture,as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,can improve the local blood circulation around the eyes,balance yin and yang,regulate meridian qi,publicize visual orifices,and then reduce the symptoms of visual fatigue.Objective:at present,acupuncture is used in many kinds of ophthalmopathy,including visual fatigue,and it is preliminarily found that acupuncture is effective,safe,economical and effective.In order to further clarify the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of visual fatigue,this study intends to use the method of prospective randomized controlled trial to conduct a clinical study.through the use of acupuncture combined with Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Dropsand separate administration of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops in the treatment of presbyopia,the changes of visual function and subjective symptoms before and after intervention were observed.this paper analyzes the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of visual fatigue,hoping to provide evidence for the treatment of presbyopia with Wechsler triple acupuncture,continue to promote Wechsler ophthalmology and improve its clinical efficacy.Benefit the majority of presbyopia patients.Methods:forty-four patients with presbyopia who met the inclusion criteria in the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital from July 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops.the specific acupoints were:Shangming,Chengyi,Zanzhu,Jingming,silk bamboo sky,sun,taichong,Fengchi,Hegu,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao.Acupuncture once a day for 3 days a week for 2 weeks.the patients in the control group were given seven-leaf digitalis diglucoside eye drops,which were injected into the conjunctival sac three times a day,one drop once,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Both groups were followed up by telephone two weeks after treatment,and the score of core symptoms of visual fatigue was recorded.the scores of core symptoms of visual fatigue,negative relative adjustment,positive relative adjustment,regulatory response,adjustment amplitude and visual acuity of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment for intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison.the effects of the two treatments on various indexes were observed.Result:1.Baseline:there was no significant difference in gender composition,age distribution and observation indexes before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was comparability between the two groups.2.Observation index:(1)score of core symptoms of visual fatigue:in the experimental group,the scores before treatment,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were 10.20±1.59,7.74±1.46,4.56±1.19,5.00±1.11 respectively,and were significantly lower than those before treatment at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(p=0.01,0.000,0.000).In the control group,the scores before treatment,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were 11.00 ± 1.20,9.81±1.07,8.05±0.90,6.24±0.80 respectively.The scores at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P=0.012,0.000,0.000).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment(p=0.258),but there was significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks(p=0.010).There was significant difference between the test group and the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.004,0.000),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the test group on the core symptoms of visual fatigue was better than that of the control group.(2)the amplitude of adjustment:in the experimental group,the values at each time point before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were 3.85±0.14,4.04±0.15 and 4.89±0.12 respectively,which were higher than those before treatment.There was no significant difference between 1 week after treatment and before treatment(P=0.128).There was significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment(p=0.000).2 weeks after treatment,there was a significant increase compared with 1 week after treatment(p=0.000).The values of 2 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those of 1 week after treatment(p=0.000),and the values of 2 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those of 1 week after treatment.In the control group,the values before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were 4.10±0.15,4.32±0.18,4.44±0.18,respectively.The values after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and those at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(p=0.020、0.001).There was no significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment(P=0.153).One week after treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p=0.228),but two weeks after treatment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p=0.042).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group 1 week after treatment and before treatment(p=0.765),and 2 weeks after treatment compared with the difference before treatment(p=0.000).It may suggest that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group on the range of adjustment is better than that of the control group.(3)negative relative regulation:the values of the experimental group before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were 1.84±0.08,2.33±0.06 and 2.58±0.06,respectively.In the control group,the values before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were 2.00±0.07,2.04±0.06,2.36±0.06,respectively,and the values after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.801).The values after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and there were significant differences between 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.000).There was no significant difference between 1 week after treatment and before treatment(p=0.801).There was significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and before treatment(p<0.05).There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.001,0.014),and there were significant differences between the test group and the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p<0.05).It is suggested that the therapeutic effect of negative relative regulation in the test group is better than that in the control group.(4)positive relative regulation:in the experimental group,the values at each time point before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were-1.98±0.05,2.52±0.06,2.76±0.06 respectively,which were higher than those before treatment.There were significant differences between 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.000),and there were significant differences between 2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment(p=0.000).In the control group,the values before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were-2.00±0.07,2.32±0.08 and-2.55±0.07 respectively,which were higher than those before treatment.There was significant difference between 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.000),and there was significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment(p<0.05).One week after treatment,there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p=0.037).Two weeks after treatment,there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group(p=0.019),and there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.008,0.003).It is suggested that the therapeutic effect of positive relative regulation in the test group is better than that in the control group.(5)Regulatory response:the values of the experimental group at each time point before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were 0.92±0.12,0.82±0.12,0.71±0.09 respectively,which were lower than those before treatment,and there were significant differences between 1 week,2 weeks after treatment and before treatment(p=0.019).In the control group,the values before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were 0.86±0.14,0.57±0.16 and 0.52±0.15,respectively,which were lower than those before treatment,but there was no significant difference between 1 week after treatment and before treatment(p=0.721).There was significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and 1 week after treatment(p=0.05,003).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.605,0.059).There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group at 1 week,2 weeks after treatment and before treatment(p=0.160,0.470),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the test group was not better than that of the control group.(6)Visual acuity:the visual acuity of the experimental group was 5.02±0.12,5.02±0.12 and 5.03±0.11 before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,respectively,while that of the control group was 5.01±0.10,5.01±0.10 and 5.03±0.11 before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,respectively.In the experimental group,there was no significant difference between 1 week after treatment and before treatment,and there was no significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and before treatment(p=0.486),and there was no significant difference between 1 week after treatment and before treatment in the experimental group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and before treatment(p=0.148).There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment(p=0.992).There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group at 1 week after treatment(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between 2 weeks after treatment and before treatment(p=0.424).It is suggested that both the experimental group and the control group have no effect on improving visual acuity,and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group is not better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The results show that Wechsler triple acupuncture combined with seven-leaf digitalis eye drops or alone can effectively improve the subjective visual fatigue symptoms of presbyopia people.There are significant differences in the improvement of regulation amplitude,positive relative regulation and negative relative regulation between the two groups than before treatment,the results of this study show that whether the"Wechsler triple nine needles" acupuncture combined with seven-leaf digitalis double-glycoside eye drops or alone can effectively improve the subjective visual fatigue symptoms of presbyopic vision fatigue,there are significant differences between the two groups in improving regulation amplitude,positive relative regulation and negative relative regulation.And the treatment effect of the test group was better than that of the control group in subjective symptoms,adjustment amplitude,positive relative adjustment and negative relative adjustment of visual fatigue,but not better than the control group in visual acuity and regulatory response treatment.To sum up,"Wechsler triple nine needles"acupuncture combined with seven-leaf digitalis eye drops in the treatment of visual fatigue has a significant advantage in improving the symptoms of patients with presbyopia and helping to improve the quality of life of patients with visual fatigue.However,this study mainly proves the effect of acupuncture combined with seven-leaf digitalis eye drops in the treatment of presbyopia,and the clinical effect of "Wechsler triple nine needles" alone in the treatment of presbyopia remains to be further studied. |
