Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Spleen-soothing And Liver-invigorating Therapy On Tinnitus Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Purposes:The incidence of tinnitus is on the increase,and western medicine treatment methods are questioned because of the uncertainty of treatment efficacy,side effects and adverse reactions.The treatment of tinnitus by Chinese medicine can be traced back to thousands of years ago,with safety and no adverse reactions.This study by observing the clinical efficacy of spleen-invigorating and liver-soothing in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus,the effectiveness of treatment of tinnitus by treating liver and spleen is further confirmed.It provides a reference for the treatment of tinnitus,and also provides more safe and effective solutions and basis for TCM treatment of tinnitus.Methods:In this experiment,a randomized,controlled method was used to randomly classify patients with stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency and tinnitus.After signing the sympathetic consent letter,different treatment plans were taken according to groups.The experimental group used self-made Jianpi Shugan Decoction Granules and auricular point treatment,with Chinese herbal medicine decoction 2 times a day,50-100 ml water blunt,1st and 1st half a day.Ear acupuncture points were selected from the main points of Shenmen,subcortical,sympathetic,outer ear,and inner ear,and liver and spleen points were selected based on the syndrome differentiation type.There were 7 acupuncture points in total,and the patients themselves pressed(rubbed)at least 3 times per day.The hole is not less than 1 minute,with the degree of acidity,swelling,heat,and hemp as the degree,each ear(unilateral or bilateral),retained for 5days,rested for 2 days,1 week,1 time for 1 course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.The treatment effect was evaluated after each course of treatment.And each course of treatment was used to observe the severity of tinnitus,anxiety scale and quality of life,and record the relevant data.After the end of the experiment,SPASS21.0 statistical software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data.Results:In this experiment,44 patients were included in total,4 were detached,20 were in the final experimental group,and 20 were in the control group.(1)After treatment for one course of treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 20.0%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 10.0%;in the two treatment courses,50.0% and 20.0%respectively;in the three treatment courses,50.0% and 25.0% respectively;and in the four treatment courses,70.0% and 45.0% respectively.Treatment of the second course,3 courses of treatment,4 courses of treatment,the difference between the two groups P <0.05,was statistically significant.(2)The fourth course of treatment,Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)between the two groups(p<0.05),was statistically significant;the experimental group within the scale scores decreased.(3)The fourth course of treatment,tinnitus severity assessment indicators and scoring criteria between the two groups were compared(p<0.05),with statistical significance.(4)There were no statistically significant differences in Pittsburge Sleep Quility Index(PSQI)between the four treatment courses(p>0.05),and the sleep quality index decreased in the experimental group.(5)The fourth course of treatment,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)between the two groups(p<0.05),was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)The efficacy rate of the experimental group of Jianpi Shugan Decoction and Auricular acupoints was significantly higher than that of placebo and auricular acupoints.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups between two to four weeks,indicating that Jianpi Shugan Decoction is effective in the treatment of tinnitus.And it’s better than using auricle alone.(2)Experimental data showed that the THI score,anxiety scale score,tinnitus severity score,and sleep quality index decreased significantly after treatment in the experimental group,suggesting that Jianpi Shugan Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients,relieve anxiety,and improve sleep There is a certain role.(3)There is a positive correlation between the clinical efficacy of the patient and the assessment level of tinnitus disability,sleep status,and anxiety.The higher the level of disability assessment,the better the treatment effect;the efficacy of sleep disorder is better than that of those without sleep disorder;anxiety The higher the score,the better the treatment effect.
