Intervention Of Huatan Tongluo Decoction Combined With Dual Antiplatelet Aggregation Drugs On Restenosis After Cerebral Vascular Stenting

Objective: In order to provide reference for clinical treatment,we observe the intervention effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with double antiplatelet aggregation drugs on restenosis after cerebrovascular stenting.Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from 2019-09 to 2021-02.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with double antiplatelet aggregation drug therapy)and control group(double antiplatelet aggregation drug therapy),with 30 cases in each group.Cerebrovascular stent implantation was performed by the same group of physicians in both groups,and 60 patients were treated with basic diseases to control blood pressure,regulate blood sugar and lipids.Treatment group on the basis of foundation treatment receive phlegm t2 dm soup combined dual antiplatelet aggregation drugs(aspirin 100 mg Qd+ clopidogrel bisulfate 75 mg Po Po Qd).Control group receive dual antiplatelet aggregation drugs(aspirin 100 mg Qd + clopidogrel bisulfate 75 mg Po Po Qd).For 6 months,after the digital subtraction angiography(DSA)blood vessel diameter measurement bracket,and detection of routine blood,and clotting,liver and kidney function,we concluded NIHSS score,TCM diagnosis and curative effect score of patients.Results: 1.Stents were successfully implanted in both groups without serious adverse reactions.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of baseline data of general conditions such as gender and age,preoperative location and length of diseased vessels.2.Postoperative restenosis occurred in 2 of the 27 patients in the treatment group and 5 of the 26 patients in the control group.With a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group has a better prevention effect on restenosis in this clinical trial.3.The neurological deficit score(NIHSS score)was decreased in both groups,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of TCM diagnosis and efficacy scores,syndrome scores in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment.The decrease was more significant in the treatment group compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with dual antiplatelet aggregation drugs can significantly reduce the incidence of restenosis after cerebrovascular stenting,and does not increase clinical adverse reactions.2.Huatum Tongluo Decoction combined with dual antiplatelet aggregation drug therapy can more effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients.
