| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liqi Xiezhuo Decoction in patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety with phlegm,blood stasis and qi stagnation.Methods: Collected the relevant data of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Cardiology,Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chongqing City from September 2019 to January 2021,and divided the patients into a control group and a treatment group with 36 cases each according to the random number method.,Were given coronary heart disease conventional drugs +flupentixol and melitroxine tablets(Dailysine)and coronary heart disease conventional medicines + flupentixol and melitroxin tablets(Dailysine)+ traditional Chinese medicine Liqi Xiezhuo Yin treatment,4 weeks is a course of treatment,and the curative effect is evaluated after a course of treatment.Mainly evaluate the efficacy of angina pectoris symptoms,nitroglycerin arrest rate,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,ECG efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,efficacy and safety indicators to evaluate Liqi Xiezhuo Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety with phlegm,blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome The clinical treatment effect.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0statistical software.result:1.One case was lost in the control group and the treatment group due to the epidemic situation.In the end,there were 35 effective cases in the two groups.The two groups were in gender,age,course of disease,comorbid diseases,angina pectoris classification,safety index and various efficacy indexes before treatment.In the comparison between groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Angina pectoris efficacy: the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 74.29%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.43%.The symptoms of angina pectoris improved after treatment in both groups.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Nitroglycerin stopping rate: The stopping rate of the control group was 65.71%,and the stopping rate of the treatment group was 82.86%.After treatment,the consumption of nitroglycerin in both groups was reduced,and the stopping rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Efficacy of HAMA score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment of the two groups was effective(P<0.05).After the treatment of the two groups,the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that Control group(P<0.05).5.ECG curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was68.57%,and the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 80.00%.The ECG curative effect of both groups improved after treatment,but the difference in ECG curative effect between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.TCM Syndrome Score: There is no significant difference between the two groups of cases before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment of the two groups is effective(P<0.05).After the treatment of the two groups,the treatment effect of the treatment group is significantly better.In the control group(P<0.05).7.Efficacy of TCM Syndrome Points: The total effective rate of treatment in the control group is 37.14%,and the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group is 91.43%.Both groups have improved the efficacy of TCM syndrome points after treatment.(P<0.05).8.Safety indicators: There were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion: Liqi Xiezhuo Decoction plus basic western medicine for coronary heart disease and Deanxit in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated by anxiety with phlegm,blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the frequency of taking nitroglycerin,reduce anxiety scores,and improve their symptoms,but There is no significant improvement in the effect of electrocardiogram,and the overall clinical effect is significantly better than the single western medicine treatment.Liqi Xiezhuo Drink is safe and has no obvious effect on the three major routines and liver and kidney function. |
