Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome And Quality Of Life In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Treated By Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills

Objective:This trial is a subcenter study of phase IV clinical observation of Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills.It is a re-evaluation of the drug after its listing on the market.It evaluates the effects of TCM Syndrome,the Seattle Angina Pectoris and routine hematuria before and after treatment in order to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of stable angina after taking Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills.Methods:This study selected over 40-year-old coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris(Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome)as the study subjects,and the selected cases were from the department of cardiology outpatients of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese Medicine,a total of 43 cases.Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills were given orally,10 pills each time,3 times a day for(28±3)days.By comparing the changes of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndromes,quality of life and blood and urine routine indicators.Result:In the course of this experiment,2 cases were detached and 41 cases were completed.The results are as follows:1.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of 41 patients after treatment was 87.80%,of which 15 were markedly effective,21 were effective,4 were ineffective,and 1 was aggravated.The TCM syndrome total score decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Seattle quality of life scores:The degree of physical activity restriction(PL),angina pectoris(AS),angina pectoris(AF),degree of treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease awareness(DP)were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Safety:The drug has no effect on the general blood and urine parameters of the patient.Conclusion:1.Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills can improve the degree of physical activity limitation,steady state of angina,and episode of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome),and increase patients’ satisfaction with disease treatment and awareness of disease.2.Liqi Huoxue Dripping Pills can improve the TCM symptoms of coronary heart disease in patients with stable angina pectoris.
