| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuxin tablets combined with conventional Western medicine in treating chronic stable coronary heart disease and chronic ischemic heart insufficiency by collecting certain clinical cases.To evaluate the effect of zixin tablets in treating chronic stable coronary heart disease and chronic ischemic heart dysfunction,and to discuss the mechanism of its effect in treating chronic stable coronary heart disease and chronic ischemic heart dysfunction.Methods:From June 2016 to September 2016,coronary artery stenosis was identified by coronary angiography or CT examination in patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Qingdao Fufang Cardiovascular Disease Hospital.Heart function was classified as II-III in 50 % patients with stable coronary heart disease after PCI or coronary artery bypass grafting.60 cases.Among them,23 patients with hypertension,15 patients with diabetes,32 patients with hyperlipidemia and 23 smokers,of whom 36 were men and 24 women,with an average age of 56.5 ± 5.6 years,all candidates signed the PIC.The cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group respectively 30 cases,control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,treatment group was added to the routine treatment of 3 pills of tid,General data were collected in the first 3 days of treatment,and the statistical significance of the two groups was determined by statistical analysis of pretreatment age,sex,course,heart rate,blood pressure,history of the last 3 months,total score of angina pectoris,total score of TCM syndrome,heart ultrasound index(LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD),plasma NT-pro BNP concentration.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05);Table 1.Results:After treatment,the cardiac function of the two groups improved,the left ventricular systolic end diameter decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction decreased,the left ventricular diastolic end diameter decreased,the plasma level of NT-proBNP decreased,the 6-minute walk distance increased,the TCM syndromes decreased,the total score of angina decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the treatment group with lower left ventricular systole end diameter was better than that of the control group,the treatment group with lower left ventricular diastolic end diameter was better than the control group,the plasma NT-proBNP level decreased better than the control group,the total angina score decreased better than the control group,and the treatment group with 6 minutes walk distance was better than the control group.In both groups,there were no cases of deterioration and death,and no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Objective to study the effect of xiaoxin tablets on the clinical symptoms of chronic stable coronary heart disease and chronic ischemic heart dysfunction,and to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Moreover,the safety of Jiaoxin tablets in clinical treatment was proved to be good,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. |
