Clinical Observation Of Shugan Liqi Huoxue Recipe In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Complicated With Mild Anxiety And Depression

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Liqi Huoxue recipe in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with mild anxiety and depression in patients with stable angina pectoris of liver depression,qi stagnation and blood stasis,so as to provide reference for future research and clinical treatment.Methods: 100 patients with stable angina pectoris complicated with mild anxiety and depression who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic and ward of Henan Province Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and treatment group(n=50).The control group was treated with western medicine for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and the treatment group was treated with Shugan Liqi Huoxue recipe.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The scores of angina pectoris scale,TCM syndrome score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),four items of blood lipids,hs-CRP,safety indexes and adverse reactions of medication were observed,and the statistical difference in curative effect between the two groups was analyzed.To determine the efficacy and safety of Shugan Liqi Huoxue recipe in the treatment of angina pectoris,anxiety and depression,TCM symptoms,the blood lipid levels,hs-CRP in patients with stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis complicated with mild anxiety and depression.Results: There was no significant difference in baseline data and observation indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).In the course of treatment,there were 5 cases in the control group and 3 cases in the treatment group,and the final completion was 45 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the treatment group.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment:(1)The score of angina pectoris scale: the score of angina pectoris scale in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,and the effect in the treatment group was more significant than that in the treatment group after treatment(P< 0.05).(2)SAS score of self-rating anxiety scale: the scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).SDS score of self-rating depression scale: there was no significant change in the control group,the treatment effect was not significant,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment effect was significant(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effect of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).(4)The levels of blood lipids in(TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL): groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the effect of reducing TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group was more significant than that before treatment,but there was no significant difference in increasing HDL between the two groups.(5)hs-CRP: in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the effect in the treatment group was more significant than that before treatment(P<0.05).(6)There were no abnormal liver and kidney function and no adverse reactions in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Shugan Liqi Huoxue recipe is effective in improving angina pectoris,anxiety and depression,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level and hs-CRP in patients with stable angina pectoris of liver depression and qi stagnation complicated with mild anxiety and depression.it provides reference for clinical treatment,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and provides reference for treatment safety.
