Objectives(1)To investigate the relationships of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in plasma with atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular disease.(2)To investigate the relationships of homocysteine(Hcy)in plasma with atherosclerotic cardiocerebrovascular disease.(3)To investigate the relationships of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and homocysteine(Hcy)in plasma with joint testing methods in atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 255 patients with chest tightness, chest pain and according to the characteristic of angina pectoris, coronary angiography results, electrocardiogram(ECT)load test results, myocardial ECT and TNI inspection results are divided into the control group, stable angina and acute coronary syndrome group were enrolled the study from December 2016 to December 2017 in in Cardiology department of Tangshan Gongren Hospital. The patients were randomly divided into control group with 78 cases, stable angina group with 87 cases and acute coronary syndrome group with 90 cases.Using the immunochromatography of double-antibody sandwich to measure the plasma of Lp-PLA2 in these groups,Using the enzymatic cycling methods to measure the plasma of Hcy in these groups.Statistical analysis the plasma change of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy in groups. All the general clinical data with the patients be collected.Statistical methods: The relevant indicators were processed with SPSS23.0 statistical software. All count data were expressed as a percentage, using chi-square test or Fisher' Exact test. The metrological data of normal distribution were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(?x±s)using two independent samples of the t-test.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results In this study,Using One-Way ANOVA to analysis the difference of Lp-PLA2 Hcy in groups, difference was statistically significant(F=57.639,P=0.000;F=62.917,P=0.000).Acute coronary syndrome group increased significantly with stable angina group(P=0.000;P=0.000),stable angina group increased significantly with control group(P=0.003;P=0.039).No statistical significance was found between acute coronary syndrome group and stable angina group for Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels(r=0.017,P=0.880;r=0.089,P=0.413;r=-0.023,P=0.831).Balanced other risk factors,LpPLA2 and Hcy levels were independently correlated with coronary heart disease(OR = 1.023,P = 0.000;OR = 1.258,P = 0.000).Using parallel testing, higher positive rate can be got by Lp-PLA2 and Hcy combined detection than the individual detections in both stable angina group and acute coronary syndrome group(?2 = 7.120,P = 0.028;?2 =16.276,P = 0.000).Using series testing, higher positive rate can be got by Lp-PLA2 and Hcy at the same time than the individual detections in the three groups(?2=48.701;P=0.000;?2=71.175;P=0.000;?2=7.759;P=0.005).Conclusions The plasma levels of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy are significantly different in degrees of coronary artery disease, the higher the plasma level is,the more serious the coronary artery disease are.The plasma levels of Lp-PLA2 and Hcy can be used in risk assessment of non-conventional atherosclerotic disease.Lp-PLA2 and Hcy in parallel detection of unstable angina and acute coronary syndrome diagnosis compared with the single index detection, unstable angina and acute coronary syndrome group of parallel detection sensitivity is higher.Plasma Lp-PLA2 and Hcy levels in tandem detection are specificity compared with single index between the three groups, acute coronary syndrome group is obviously higher than that of unstable angina, unstable angina group is significantly higher than the control group.
