| Background: As one of the minimally invasive gynecological operations,laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection has been widely used in the treatment of female uterine fibroids in recent years.Due to the lack of the understanding of the disease knowledge and operation process,patients with most patients fear,compared with men,women are more likely to produce preoperative fear and anxiety,and gynecologic surgery involving private parts and reproductive organs,preoperative full of patients with comprehensive health education is particularly important.Traditional oral health education is easily affected by the patient’s acceptance ability,cognitive level and the way of medical staff’s language expression,which leads to the failure of health education to achieve the expected results.Scene analog health mission by VR video technology and observing physical simulation combining image information and disease knowledge of health education mode,through the visual,auditory sensory stimulation,intuitive,image to explain to the patient disease-related knowledge;Problem-based learning（PBL）has been gradually applied to medical education in recent years as an effective method to improve the learning enthusiasm and knowledge mastery of the educated.This teaching model encourages patients to be problem-oriented.It can actively mobilize the initiative of patients,improve the self-care ability of patients,quality of life and promote postoperative recovery of patients have shown a good effect.Self-management and postoperative nursing for attention of professional education mode can give patients trust,It greatly reduces perioperative anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,thus significantly reducing patients’ neuroendocrine reaction caused by adverse emotional stress,improving patients’ compliance with medical advice,improving patients’ self-care ability,quality of life and promoting patients’ postoperative recovery.Objective:To explore the effect of scenario simulation combined with PBL health education in improving self-care ability of patients undergoing hysteromyoma resection.Method: In this study,a total of 90 patients with gynecological hysteroscopy who were admitted to Shenzhen Bao’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 and met the requirements were randomly divided into scenario simulation combined with PBL health education group（n = 45）and non-scenario simulation combined with PBL health education group（n = 45）.Analog health education group in the situation situation analog health education（VR video mission）,the scene analogue health education group,are enforcing the scene analogue mission（Professional gynecologists use paper manuals to teach patients）.Main outcomes: self-care ability,daily living ability,resilience,self-rating anxiety scale;Secondary outcomes: Readiness for Discharge scale（RHDS）,satisfaction,length of stay,and postoperative pain visual analogue score.Results: After treatment,the psychological resilience,daily living ability,self-care ability and anxiety degree of patients in the scenario simulation health education group were better than those in the non-scenario simulation health education group（P <0.05）.The degree of postoperative pain was significantly lower than that of the non-scenario simulation health education group（P < 0.05）.Compared with the non-scenario simulation health education group,the scores of readiness for discharge and inpatient satisfaction were significantly improved（P < 0.05）;The length of hospital stay was less than that of the non-scenario simulation health education group（P <0.05）.Conclusion: Compared with non-scenario simulated health education,scenario simulated health education can effectively improve the daily living ability and self-care ability of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,and relieve anxiety.It can improve patients’ psychological resilience,readiness for discharge,satisfaction,shorten the length of hospital stay,and relieve postoperative pain. |
