| Objectives:(1)To explore the status of health education in adult type 1diabetes mellitus,and analyze the needs of micro-video health education;(2)To product and evaluate the scenario simulated micro-video in hypoglycemia protection for type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods:This research was carried out based on the Chinese Type 1 Diabetes Alliance,which twice organized the recreation camp activities from July2019 to September 2020,to recruit 143 eligible adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus.To explore the status of health education and analyze the needs of micro-video education by collecting the questionnaire.(2)To determine the content and the script of scenario simulation micro-video for adult type 1 diabetes mellitus from the record the video through the analysis of the needs in micro-video health education and the suggestions from the panel meeting,which was based on authoritation theory.A total of 120 adult type 1 diabetes mellitus who were in the clinic of a tertiary hospital in Changsha from October 2020 to August 2021 and met the admission and exclusion criteria.And they were divided into control group and intervention group randomly with 60 patients.The control group was given a follow-up telephone to carry on the health education about the protection of hypoglycemia,while the intervention group was given the scenario simulated micro-video.Before the intervention,3 months after the intervention,and 6 months after the intervention,collected the massage include the times of hypoglycemia in the last month,glycosylated hemoglobin,the knowledge of diabetes,the management of diabetes and the fear of the hypoglycemia to evaluate and implement the effect of the scenario simulated micro-video of hypoglycemia in adult type 1 diabetes melitus.Results:(1)The status of adult type 1 diabetes education and the demand analysis of the micro-video health education shows that:75.52% of the patients had average or poor knowledge of diabetes,and the incidence of fear of hypoglycemia was 64.30% among.86.01% of patients had average and poor blood sugar control.83.92% of patients had hypoglycemia last one month.24.48% of patients never accepted the diabetic health education before.92.30% of patients thought they need to receive micro-video health education.83.92% of the patients were expected to acquire diabetes health education knowledge through video.52.45% of patients chose the video no more than 3 minutes.71.33% of patients expected to acquire the diabetic knowledge from 17:00 to 23:00.While the result of binary logistic regression analysis shows that education level,the times and frequency of acquiring health education previous,the points of SDSCA,and points of hypoglycemia fear are independent factors influencing the micro-video health education demand.(2)At 3 months after the intervention,the times of hypoglycemia in the last month and the points of the fear of the hypoglycemia in the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group.While the points of diabetes knowledge test and the points of self-management were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after the intervention,the times of hypoglycemia in the last month,the points of the fear of the hypoglycemia and glycosylated hemoglobin in the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group.While the points of self-management were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,it also shows that two groups before and after intervention,it can be seen that there is a time effect on the times of hypoglycemia in the last month,glycosylated hemoglobin,the points of diabetes knowledge test,the points of self-management and the points of the fear of the hypoglycemia(P < 0.05).And there is a intervention factors in the times of hypoglycemia in the last month,the points of diabetes knowledge test,the points of self-management and the points of the fear of the hypoglycemia(P<0.05).It also shows that there were interaction effects of time factors and intervention factors in the times of hypoglycemia in the last month,the points of diabetes knowledge test and the points of self-management of two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Type 1 diabetes melitus have poor blood glucose control and high incidence rate of hypoglycemia,they also have high demand in micro-video health education.It shows that the education level,the times and the frequency of acquiring health education previous,the points of SDSCA,the points of hypoglycemia fear are independent factors influencing the micro-video health education demand.(2)The scenario simulated micro-video in hypoglycemia protection for type 1 diabetes melitus can effectively reduce the times of hypoglycemia,the level of fear in hypoglycemia and glycosylated hemoglobin,it can also effectively improve the diabetic knowledge and ability of the self-management. |
