| Research purposes: To study the motor symptoms of early Parkinson’s disease(PD)patients,to design a set of exercise rehabilitation training programs to improve the patients’ motor function, and to explore the effect and effect of exercise rehabilitation training on the exercise capacity of early PD patients..Research methods: Early PD patients(H-Y grading 1-2.5)from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were recruited, and 34 subjects who met the experimental requirements were screened through pre-test and randomly divided into BCG,CG,TG.In the three groups, the conventional drug treatment was not interrupted in the three groups.BCG did not use any intervention methods,CG carried out 12 weeks of traditional rehabilitation therapy, and TG carried out 12 weeks of sports rehabilitation training according to the experimental design. Before and after the experiment, the three groups of subjects were tested for relevant indicators, data were collected, and analyzed.Results:(1)There were 31 valid subjects in this experiment, and the baseline data showed no statistical difference after variance analysis(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)There was no difference in UPDRS-Ⅲ score before and after BCG experiment(P>0.05),but UPDRS-Ⅲ score before and after TG and CG experiment decreased significantly(P<0.01),and TG decreased more significantly than CG(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the results of 6-minute walking distance,10-meter walking speed test, and standing-walking time before and after the BCG experiment(P>0.05).The walking speed was increased(P<0.01),and the standing-walking time was shortened(P<0.01).Compared with CG,TG improved significantly in 6-minute walking and standing-walking(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in10-meter walking(P>0.05).(4)Before and after BCG intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of Berg scale, left and right foot standing with eyes closed(P<0.05).and right foot support time were significantly increased(P < 0.01).After intervention, the two indicators in the two groups were significantly improved compared with BCG(P < 0.01).Compared with CG,the improvement of Berg scale score of TG was more obvious(P < 0.01),the support time of left foot and right foot with eyes closed and one foot closed increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions: After 12 weeks of exercise rehabilitation training, early PD patients have improved exercise capacity indicators, improved overall motor function, improved walking ability and balance ability, reduced the occurrence of "flustered gait",and reduced the risk of falling.Compared with traditional rehabilitation therapy, exercise rehabilitation training can improve the exercise ability of early PD patients. |
