| ObjectiveTo explore the intervention effect of nurse-led exercise training on exercise tolerance, exercise compliance,disease-related knowledge and cognition,self-efficacy and perceived social support of patients after PCI,so as to provide reference for standardizing the exercise management of patients after PCI in the future.MethodsFrom October 2019 to October 2020,the convenience sampling method was used to select 54 patients after PCI who met the criteria for admission and discharge in a tertiary first-class hospital in Dalian. They were numbered according to the order of admission, and grouped by a random number table.Patients in the control group received routine procedures exercise management method, the experimental group accepted the nurse-led exercise training management method on the basis of the conventional exercise management method. In addition,at the end of 1 month after surgery(T1)and at the end of 3 months after surgery(T2),the 6-minute walking distance and exercise compliance were assessed, and general information questionnaires and a survey of knowledge about PCI treatment of coronary heart disease were issued.Questionnaires, chronic disease self-efficacy scales, and social support scales for comprehension to assess the general condition, exercise status,disease-related knowledge,self-efficacy and social support of the research subjects.Use SPSS24.0software for statistical analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test,non-parametric Mann-Whitney rank sum test, two independent sample t test and paired sample t test.Results1 Objects lossAt the end of the study, there were 26 and 25 patients after PCI in the control group and the experimental group, and the loss rates were 3.70% and 7.41% respectively.2 Comparison of general information of two groups of patients and baseline data between groupsBefore the intervention,at the end of 1 month after the operation(T1),the evaluation results showed that the two groups of patients had general information,6-minute walking distance, exercise compliance, cognitive scores of PCI treatment-related knowledge of coronary heart disease, chronic disease self-efficacy,comprehension of social support in the total score and the scores of each dimension that there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3 Comparison of patient data between the two groups after interventionPatients in the control group took regular exercise management, and patients in the intervention group received a nurse-led exercise management intervention for 2 months on the basis of conventional exercise management. The results showed that the patients in the experimental group had a 6-minute walk, exercise compliance, and coronary heart disease. The scores of PCI treatment-related knowledge,self-efficacy,and social support for chronic diseases were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1 Nurse-led exercise management can improve the exercise tolerance of patients after PCI;2 Nurse-led exercise management can improve the exercise compliance of patients after PCI;3 Nurse-led exercise management can improve disease-related knowledge and cognition,self-efficacy and social support level of patients after PCI. |
