【Objective】 To study the correlation between sudden deafness of middle-aged and elderly people and blood lipid level and coagulation index in the body, and to explore the pathogenesis of sudden deafness and the clinical intervention measures of sudden deafness patients with abnormal blood lipid and coagulation function.【Methods】This study is a retrospective study. The members of the sudden deafness group were 110 middle-aged and elderly patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from January 2018 to October 2021.The index data of 102 middle-aged and elderly members in the control group came from the physical examination center of our hospital. Both groups of members must meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze whether there were differences in blood lipid levels and coagulation indexes between the two groups, and whether blood lipid levels and coagulation indexes were related to hearing threshold types in sudden deafness group. Finally come to a conclusion.【Results】Analysis of the correlation between sudden deafness and blood lipid level in middle-aged and elderly people: 1.The levels of TC,LDL-C and APo-A in sudden deafness group are higher than those in control group(P<0.05).2.The level of HDL-C in the control group was higher than that in the sudden deafness group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in TG,Apo-B and LP(a)between the sudden deafness group and the control group(P>0.05).3.From the comparison results among different types of sudden deafness patients, there is no significant difference between the types of hearing loss and the indexes of blood lipid(P>0.05).Correlation analysis between sudden deafness and coagulation function in middle-aged and elderly people: 1.APTT level in sudden deafness group was lower than that in control group, and platelet count was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in FIB and PT levels between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.APTT,PT,FIB,PLT are not related to the types of hearing loss, that is,their differences are not statistically significant(P>0.05).【Conclusion】1.The levels of TC,LDL-C and Apo-A in middle-aged and elderly patients with sudden deafness are higher than those of their healthy peers, while the level of HDL-C is lower than that of their healthy peers, which may be related to the onset of sudden deafness.2.There is no statistical difference in TC,TG,LDL-C,Apo-A,HDL-C,Apo-B,LP-a,APTT,PLT,FIB and PT levels of middle-aged and elderly patients with four different types of sudden deafness.3.APTT level in middle-aged and elderly patients with sudden deafness is lower than that of their healthy peers, while PLT level is higher than that of their healthy peers, which may be related to the onset of sudden deafness.
