| ObjectiveThrough retrospective research, analyze the correlation between common clinical TCM syndrome differentiation of patients with sudden deafness and their blood routine and blood lipid-related indicators, explore whether it can be used as an observation index to assist in judging the syndrome differentiation of patients with sudden deafness, provide certain help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese otolaryngologists.MethodsA collection of 120 patients with sudden deafness in the Otorhinolaryngology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021.All patients have no age and gender restrictions, and all patients were divided into two groups at the time of admission.Senior TCM physicians made diagnosis based on syndrome differentiation, and after reaching unanimous conclusions, the Chinese medical syndrome was confirmed.According to the TCM syndrome types obtained by the patients through syndrome differentiation, the included patients were divided into three groups: liver-fire disturbance,qi stagnation and blood stasis, and liver depression and spleen deficiency.Collect all the relevant indicators of blood routine and blood lipid examinations(WBC,PLT,MPV,LYM,NEUT,NLR,PLR,TG,TC,LP(a),HDL,LDL)in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment guidelines within 24 hours of admission to the hospital,It was statistically analyzed with SPSS 26.0 software, and P<0.05 indicated that the result was statistically significant.Results(1)Distribution of TCM syndrome types: Among the 120 patients with sudden deafness collected from the Otorhinolaryngology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,22 patients(18%)with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, liver fire There were 85 patients(71%)with upper disturbance syndrome and13 patients(11%)with liver depression and spleen deficiency.(2)Correlation between syndrome types and related blood routine indicators: There is a certain correlation between the TCM syndrome types of patients with sudden deafness and NLR(P<0.05),and the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis is significantly lower than the evidence of liver depression and spleen deficiency(P< 0.05),and the evidence of qi stagnation and blood stasis was significantly lower than that of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome(P < 0.05);from the perspective of WBC,PLT,MPV,LYM,NEUT,PLR and other indicators, the difference between the various syndrome types is not It is statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Correlation between syndrome types and blood lipid-related indicators: From the TG,TC,LP(a),HDL,LDL and other indicators, there is no statistically significant difference between the syndrome types(P>0.05).ConclusionThe TCM syndromes of patients with sudden deafness are mainly liver-fire disturbance syndrome, followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome; There is a certain correlation between the patient’s TCM syndrome type and the blood routine test index NLR.In clinical work,it may provide a certain reference value for the syndrome differentiation of sudden deafness. |
