【Objective】 To research the correlation of blood lipid and coagulation function with the pathogenic risk factors of Sudden deafness,and to analysis the related risk factors that Influence the prognosis of sudden deafness.【Methods】 Collected sudden deafness 201 cases which all inpatient of department of ENT in Fuzhou general hospital from September 2015 to December 2016 as Sudden deafness group,and collected inpatient in the same periodas and the same age group with the Sudden deafness group diagnosed as non deafness 201 cases as control group.Testing blood lipid and coagulation parameter value of two group,and collected the history data of inpatient of Sudden deafness.Compare the difference of blood lipid and coagulation parameter value in two group,to see whether the difference exist statistical significance between two group.Analysis the association between the blood lipid and coagulation parameter value with different types of sudden deafness.Discuss the relationship of the blood lipid and coagulation parameter value and the gender and the age and the sick ear and the visiting time and the types of sudden deafness with the prognosis of sudden deafness patients.【Results】(1)The difference of the triglyceride(TG)and the total cholesterol(TC)and the high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and the low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)between study group and control group that happened statistical significance(P <0.05),The difference of the lipoprotein-a happened no statistical significance between study group and control group(P > 0.05).The difference of the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and the mean platelet volume(MPV)between study group and control group that happened statistical significance(P < 0.05),thedifference of the Fibrinogen(Fg)、 prothrombin time(PT)and platelet count(PLT)between study group and control group that happened no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)The blood lipid parameter TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and LP-a have no significant correlation with different types of sudden deafness in study group(P >0.05).The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)existence correlation with different types of sudden deafness in study group(r_s=-0.165,P<0.05).(3)Single factor analysis show that the age and the sick ear and the coagulation function are three risk factors that influence the prognosis of sudden deafness(P<0.05),while there was no significant correlation between serum lipids,gender,time of treatment and prognosis of patients with sudden deafness(P > 0.05).(4)After Logistic regression analysis we know the types of sudden deafness have a significant correlation with prognosis of Sudden deafness(P<0.05).【Conclusion】(1)Blood lipid parameter TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C and coagulation function parameter APTT、MPV are Important risk factors of sudden deafness.(2)The coagulation parameter value activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)is correlation with types of Sudden deafness.(3)Age,disease ear,coagulation dysfunction are important risk factors for the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness.(4)The types of sudden deafness is closely correlate with the prognosis of Sudden deafness,so as classification of diagnosis and treatment is of great significance.
