Effect Of HT7-SP6 On Anxiety、Depression And Serum DA、NE In Patients With Insomnia

Objective:To explore the acupoint compatibility effect and mechanism of HT7 and SP6 in improving anxiety and depression of insomnia.Method:1.We randomly divided ninety insomnia patients into group HT7,group SP6 and group HT7-SP6,30 cases in each group.Group HT7 were treated with electro-acupuncture at“HT7”,group SP6 were treated with electro-acupuncture at “SP6”,group HT7-SP6 were treated with electro-acupuncture at “HT7” and “SP6”,30 min each time,once a day,5 days as a course of treatment,totally 2 courses of treatment were given.The scales of ISI、SAS、SDS evaluated the severity of insomnia 、anxiety and depression in patients with insomnia,and detected serum DA(dopamine)and NE(norepinephrine)contents to reveal the mechanism of HT7-SP6 acupoint compatibility.2.We selected 37 patients with anxiety(13 patients in group HT7,12 patients in group SP6 and 12 patients in group HT7-SP6)and 42 patients with depression(14 patients in group HT7,14 patients in group SP6 and 14 patients in group HT7-SP6)from 90 patients with insomnia.The ISI score 、 SAS score and SDS score were calculated to reflect acupoint compatibility;the serum DA and NE contents were used to reflect the mechanism behind the acupoint compatibility.Results:1.Compared with the figures before,the scores of ISI、SAS、SDS in group HT7、group SP6 and group HT7-SP6 descended after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the score of ISI in HT7-SP6 was lower than that of group HT7(P<0.05),but there were no apparent distinction in the scores of SAS and SDS among the three groups.2.Furthermore,patients with anxiety were analyzed and found that after treatment,the three groups’ scores of ISI、SAS and serum DA content in patients with anxiety were lower than those before(P<0.05);the serum NE contents in HT7 group and HT7-SP6 group were lower than those before(P<0.05);After treatment,the HT7-SP6 group’s scores of ISI、SAS and serum NE content were significantly lower than SP6 groups’(P < 0.05);After treatment,the HT7 group’s score of SAS and serum content of NE were simultaneously lower than SP6 group(P<0.05).3.after treatment,the scores of three groups’ depression patients(ISI、SDS and serum DA content)were lower than those before(P<0.05);the serum NE content in HT7 group and HT7-SP6 group were lower than those before(P<0.05);after treatment,the HT7-SP6 group’s scores of ISI、SDS and serum NE content were obviously lower than SP6 group’s(P<0.05);after treatment,the HT7 group’ s score of SDS was apparently lower than SP6 group’ s(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.HT7-SP6 have advantages over single acupoint in descending insomnia degree 、anxiety and depression.2.HT7 plays an important part in releasing side moods;SP6 plays major part in improving sleep quality.3.HT7-SP6 play an important role in improving insomnia and emotional disorders by reducing serum NE content.
