| Objective:This study compared the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves and traditional acupuncture in the treatment of primary insomnia with anxiety and depression,and evaluated the effectiveness of acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves in the treatment of this disease,in order to improve the clinical efficacy,provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of this kind of insomnia,and provide the basis for the popularization and application of this method,so as to help the clinical patients with primary insomnia with anxiety and depression improve sleep quality and improve anxiety and depression.Methods:In this study,patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves,once every other day,three times a week,one course of treatment every month,a total of one course of treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14),and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)were used to evaluate the treatment effect before treatment,after treatment and one month after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,there were significant differences in PSQI total score and various factor scores between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of HAMA-14 and HAMD-24 in the two groups were significantly different within the group(P<0.05)and between the groups(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33%and 80.00%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.During the follow-up,there were significant differences in PSQI total score and factor scores between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);there were significant differences in other factor scores and PSQI total score between the two groups(P<0.05)except sleep time factor(P=0.779>0.05).5.During the follow-up,there were significant differences in HAMA-14 and HAMD-24 scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);there were.significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).6.During the follow-up,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves and traditional acupuncture can effectively improve the sleep status and anxiety and depression symptoms of PI patients with anxiety and depression,and the improvement of acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves is more obvious.2.Both acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves and traditional acupuncture have relatively stable long-term efficacy in the treatment of PI with anxiety and depression,and acupuncture for relieving depression and calming nerves has better maintenance effect than traditional acupuncture in improving sleep quality,shortening sleep time,improving sleep efficiency,improving sleep disorders,and improving daytime dysfunction. |
