Objective: To observe the distribution of TCM syndrome types and the differences in plasma fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer,and platelets(Platelets,PLT)levels in 154 patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)Further explore the clinical significance of plasma FIB,D-dimer and PLT levels on TCM differentiation of ACI patients. Methods: Selected 154 patients with ACI admitted to the Department of Neurology of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from October 2018 to October 2020,statistically related indicators, used SPSS 25.0 software to process the relevant data, and further analyzed the plasma The correlation between FIB,D-dimer,PLT levels and ACI syndrome differentiation. Results: A total of 154 patients with ACI were included in this study, including 99males and 55 females. The age distribution shows that among ACI patients, the number of patients between 61-70 years old is the largest, accounting for 36.4% of the total number of cases. The distribution of syndrome types in TCM differentiation of ACI patients showed that 89 cases of wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals syndrome had the largest number of cases, followed by 30 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and 27 cases of wind-heat disturbance syndrome, only 8 cases of Yin deficiency and wind-movement syndrome, liver and kidney 0 cases of deficiency syndrome.Among the 154 ACI patients,115 had hypertension,39 had no hypertension;63 had diabetes,91 had no diabetes, and 107 had hyperlipidemia,no There were 47 patients with hyperlipidemia. After testing, there is no difference in the distribution of hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia in the distribution of the syndrome types of ACI.According to ANOVA analysis, different ACI syndrome types are correlated with FIB and D-dimer levels, but there is no significant correlation with PLT levels.Further LSD test showed that the FIB level of wind-heat disturbance syndrome and wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome was lower than that of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and D-dimerization of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome,wind-fire disturbance syndrome, and Yin-deficiency wind movement syndrome were lower The body level is lower than that of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and the PLT level of Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome is lower than that of wind and fire disturbance. The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals and the syndrome of wind-fire upper disturbance were not significantly correlated with the above indicators. It was shown that the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis was positively correlated with the level of FIB(P=0.012<0.05,OR>1),Yin Deficiency wind movement syndrome was negatively correlated with PLT level(P=0.037<0.05,OR<1).Conclusion: 1.Among the 154 ACI patients, the wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome is the most common, followed by the Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the wind-heat disturbance syndrome, the Yin-deficiency wind-movement syndrome is the least, and the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is 0.2.Plasma FIB level can be used as a reference for syndrome differentiation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The higher the FIB level, the more likely it is to be diagnosed with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.The level of plasma D-dimer is expected to become a reference for syndrome differentiation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.4.PLT level can be used as a reference for syndrome differentiation of yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome. The lower the PLT level, the more likely it is to be diagnosed as yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome.
