Retrospective Study On 142 Cases Of Henoch-schonlein Purpura Treated By Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:A retrospective analysis of 142 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP)of Hematological department in the first hospital of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine was analyzed.To summarize the distribution of TCM syndrome types of HSP and the characteristics of Western medicine typing.Discussion on the Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating HSP by Syndrome Differentiation.It provides an objective basis for the clinical treatment of such patients and provides a realistic and effective reference for the in-depth study of the disease.Methods:Through the hospital hematology department from January 2013 to December 2015,the application of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of patients with HSP data integration.A retrospective analysis of the number of patients,the number of types and symptoms of Chinese medicine score,recorded before and after treatment of urine routine changes,and analyzed.Result:1.TCM syndromes types:blood hot air filled type in 86 cases,38 cases of fire excess from yin deficiency type,Qi dysfunction in blood control type in 16 cases,2 cases of damp-heat brewing and binding type.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 97.89%.2.Classification of Western medicine:19 cases of skin type,joint type in 15 cases,abdominal type in 7 cases,kidney type in 50 cases,51 cases of mixed type.The total effective rate was 95.78%.3.Routine urine changes before and after treatment:before treatment,56 cases of urinary protein(-),urine protein(+-)in 33 cases,3 1 cases of urinary protein(1+),urine protein(2+)in 14 cases.8 cases of urinary protein(3+);urinary protein after treatment(-)102 cases,urine protein(+-)in 16 cases,13 cases of urinary protein(1+),urine protein(2+)in 11 cases,0 cases of urinary protein(3+).Before the treatment of occult blood(-)66 cases,28 cases of occult blood(+-),26 cases of occult blood(1+),occult blood(2+)in 12 cases,10 cases of occult blood(3+);after the treatment of 105 cases of occult blood(-),(+-)13 cases of occult blood occult blood(1+),11 cases of occult blood(2+)in 11 cases,2 cases of occult blood(3+).4.The clinical symptoms integral before and after treatment:before treatment was 8.58±2.72,and 2.23±1.53 after treatment.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura curative effect is affirmative,can obviously improve the patient’s clinical syndromes.2.Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura on renal injury has a good therapeutic effect.
