Purpose:The systematic review of clinical research methods,to explore the distribution and characteristics of D-Dimer in the pathological type, tumor primary lung cancer staging,Karnofsky,TCM syndrome factors, and further analysis of the relationship between D-Dimer and indexes, with micro differentiation of lung cancer on further treatment and prevention of disease and risk factors to provide theoretical basis and clinical reference. Methods:From April 2016 to December 2016 in Shanxi Province Chinese medicine hospital were 268 primary lung cancer patients as the research object, making the Excel form, the general information of patients,D-Dimer were measured with pathological type, tumor stage,Karnofsky and TCM syndrome factors were analyzed by the data entry, comparative study, statistical methods.SPSS22.0 statistical software,D-Dimer between the body and the exploration of the relationship,to provide reference for clinical treatment.Results:1.Of the 268 patients with lung cancer,178 were male, accounting for 66.42% of the total and 90 women, accounting for 33.58% of the total number of cases. The oldest in all cases was 90 years old and the youngest was 28 years old.2.To observe the pathological type of lung cancer patients from more to less as adenocarcinoma(102),small cell carcinoma(96),squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma(60)(9),large cell carcinoma(1);small cell lung cancer pathological type 35.82%of the total number of cases, non small cell 172 cases of lung cancer, accounting for 64.18%of the total cases, which accounted for the vast majority of squamous cell arcinoma, adenocarcinoma and large cell lung cancer and adenosquamous carcinoma of thesmall number of cases, large cell lung cancer only 1 people. It is suggested that there is no significant correlation between the plasma D-Dimer level and the pathological type of lung cancer in patients with primary bronchogenic carcinoma.3.About 80% of the 268 patients with primary bronchogenic carcinoma were in the middle and late stage. In most cases of non-small cell lung cancer, the Tumor stage of most primary tumors was late, and 95.95% of them had lymph node metastasis.More than half of them had distant metastasis.Patients with small cell lung cancer are also in the vast majority, with a poor prognosis and a low 5 year survival rate.Statistical results showed that the level of D-Dimer was correlated with the stage of lung cancer. The later stage, the higher the level of D-Dimer.The difference between plasma D-Dimer in patients with non-small cell lung cancer may be mainly determined by the size of Tumor.4.As far as the Karnofsky was concerned,64.55% of the patients with lung cancer were KPS>70,and only about 5% of the patients had poor functional status.Chemotherapy and other active treatment are not recommended, and symptomatic support therapy is recommended. There is a correlation between the primary lung cancer patients with plasma D-Dimer and KPS score, with the increase of plasma D-Dimer quantitatively, the Karnofsky decreased, there was significant difference between concentration in KPS <50 and KPS>70 polarization cases and KPS 50-70 points and KPS >70 points in general condition is good and between cases.5.Among the 268 patients with lung cancer,TCM syndrome factors are mostly seen with blood stasis, accounting for 34.33%,followed by qi deficiency, phlegm dampness, phlegm heat and yin deficiency in turn. There was statistically significant difference in the content of plasma D-Dimer between the TCM syndrome groups. The highest concentration of D-Dimer in blood stasis syndrome was significantly higher than that in the other four syndromes group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The correlation between D-Dimer and staging of lung cancer,Karnofsky and TCM syndrome elements can be used as an important prognostic factor for clinical evaluation, which is of clinical value relative to pathological type.2.Objective evaluation of the relationship between D-Dimer and TCM syndrome elements can be used to see the clinical significance of microscopic syndrome differentiation as a bridge between Chinese and Western medicine.Micro differentiation provides guidance for the objective, standardization and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
