| 【Objective】Exploring the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements,constitution distribution and related indicators characteristics about Polycystic Ovary Syndromes(PCOS).Investigating the correlation between TCM constitution,TCM syndromes and the related indicators characteristics,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the standardization of PCOS syndrome differentiation and how to prevent and cure this disease from the perspective of TCM constitution.【Method】Referred to Syndrome Element Dialectics edited by Zhu Wen Feng and Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution edited by Wang Qi,the questionnaire include general information,auxiliary examination,hairy degree,crinosity severity,TCM syndrome elements and TCM constitution.A total of 130 PCOS patients who were treated in Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2020 are admitted.Using the SPSS22.0 to analyze the data.【Result】1.The 130 PCOS patients are mainly over 21 years old(91.54%).The food preference is mainly spicy(30.52%)and sweet(20.13%).The chief complaint is delayed menstrual cycle(90.77%),followed by infertility(16.15%).Patients with LH/FSH≥2 account for 62.31%,and 60.77% have hyperandrogenism(HA).LH/FSH and HA are associated with acne and crinosity(p <0.05).2.The TCM syndrome elements are mainly distributed in complex nature and location of disease syndrome elements.The highest frequency of syndrome element composition is 4 syndrome element combinations(31.54%),the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).3.The highest frequency of syndrome element in disease location is kidney(80%),followed by liver,spleen,heart and lung.The difference between kidney and otherlocation syndrome elements is statistically significant(p < 0.05).Yang deficiency(33.07%)is the first among the deficiency syndrome in disease nature,and the difference between it and Qi deficiency,blood deficiency is statistically significant(p <0.05).The most frequent solid syndrome in disease nature is phlegm(33.07%).There is no significant difference between phlegm,dampness and blood stasis(p >0.05),and the difference is statistically significant with other syndrome elements of solid disease(p <0.05).4.The type of TCM constitution is mainly compound and biased constitution(56.15%),and the occurrence frequency from high to low is phlegm dampness constitution(42.31%),qi stagnation constitution(32.31%),yang deficiency constitution(23.08%),yin deficiency constitution(20.77%),damp heat constitution(17.96%),blood stasis constitution(16.15%),qi deficiency constitution(15.38%),normal constitution(13.08%)and specific endowment constitution(0.77%).The difference in occurrence frequency of different TCM constitutions is statistically significant(p < 0.05).There are differences between phlegm dampness constitution,qi stagnation constitution,yang deficiency constitution and other constitutions(p <0.05).5.The TCM syndrome elements are related to the TCM contitution(p <0.05).In the kidney,spleen and Qi deficiency syndrome,the difference between phlegm dampness constitution and other contitutions is statistically significant(p <0.05).In the liver and heart syndrome,there is a difference between qi stagnation constitution and other contitutions(p < 0.05).In the Yang deficiency,cold and kidney syndrome,the difference between yang deficiency constitution constitution and other contitutions is statistically significant(p <0.05).6.There is a relationship between TCM constitution and sleep quality 、emotional state and BMI(p < 0.05).The qi stagnation constitution and phlegm dampness constitution is easy to lead to poor sleep quality and adverse emotional state.There are differences between phlegm dampness constitution and other constitutions among peoole with BMI≥23(p <0.05).【Conclusion】1.PCOS is closely related to kidney、liver、spleen、yang deficiency、qi deficiency、phlegm and dampness syndrome elements,and is mainly composed of nature and location of disease syndrome elements.They often interact and get sick.2.Phlegm dampness constitution,qi stagnation constitution and yang deficiency constitution are the predilection constitutions of PCOS.3.The TCM syndrome elements of PCOS patients interact with their TCM constitutions.Phlegm dampness constitution is closely related to kidney,spleen and qi deficiency syndrome elements.qi stagnation constitution is closely related to liver and heart syndrome elements.yang deficiency constitution is closely related to yang deficiency,cold and kidney syndrome elements.4.The TCM constitution is related to sleep quality、emotional state and BMI.The qi stagnation constitution and phlegm dampness constitution is easy to lead to poor sleep quality and adverse emotional state.The constitution of people with BMI≥23 is mainly phlegm dampness constitution. |
