【Objective】Exploring the pathogenic factors about puberty Polycystic Ovary Syndromes(PCOS);Revealing the distribution of TCM syndrome elements about PCOS;At the same time,exploring the correlation between TCM syndrome elements and pathogenic factors,sex hormones,and to provide a certain reference for TCM clinical syndrome differentiation of puberty PCOS.【Method】According to Zhu Wenfeng’s syndrome differentiation,the questionnaire of PCOS TCM syndrome elements was developed under the guidance of the instructor.103 adolescent patients with PCOS from October 2016 to December 2017 in affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM(“our hospital”for short)were collected,at the same time,100 cases of healthy adolescent(control group)with the same age range physical examined in the Physical Examination Center of our University were selected.The general information,personal history,family history,life habits,anxiety of two groups were recorded.In addition,the data of sex hormones and TCM syndrome elements of PCOS were recorded,setting up the corresponding database.The data were processed by Excel software and SPSS23.0 statistical software.Exploring the pathogenesis factors of puberty PCOS,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and their correlation with pathogenesis factors and sex hormones.【Result】1.WHR(OR=3.00E+46,P=0.003),Diet bias(OR=5.477,P=0.012),Sleep time(OR=0.476,P=0.013),anxiety(OR=4.023,P=0.024)and family history of diabetes(OR=5.15,P=0.003)associated with puberty PCOS.2.The syndromes in disease position was kidney,liver,spleen,heart,and there was significant difference between the first two and the latter two(P<0.01).Thesyndromes in disease nature was Yang deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency,heat.There was a significant difference between the first four and the latter two(P<0.01).3.The kidney was the main one in the single syndrome elements,and the difference was significant with others(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between single Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,phlegm,Qi deficiency(P>0.05).4.The disease combined with liver and kidney disease most(38.83%),The combination of deficiency and solid syndrome elements is the main part of the disease(75.73%).5.The 4 and 5 syndromes combinations were more than that of other syndromes combinations.The former mainly combination were kidney,liver,Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation(12.62%),Kidney,Yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis(11.65%).The latter was kidney,liver,Yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis(7.77%).6.Correlation of syndrome factors and risk factors: Factors associated with liver syndrome was anxiety(OR=9.03,P=0.000)factors associated with renal syndrome was sleep time(OR=1.492,P=0.028);factors associated with the spleen was dietbias(OR=4.176,P=0.012);factors associated with qi stagnation was anxiety(OR=4.03,P=0.013);factors associated with Yang deficiency syndrome was sleep time(OR=7.676,P=0.001);factors associated with phlegm syndrome wasWHR.(OR=6.230,P=0.011).7.The syndrome elements of Kidney,Yang deficiency were positively correlated with LH,LH/FSH(P<0.05).The syndrome elements of liver,qi stagnation were positively correlated with T,PRL(P<0.05).【Conclusion】1.WHR,Diet bias,Sleep time,anxiety and familial diabetes were the risk factors of adolescent PCOS.2.The adolescent PCOS was closely related to kidney,liver,spleen,yang deficiency,phlegm,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome factors.Its disease position was complex,the combination of deficiency and solid syndrome elements was the main part of the disease.3.Factors associated with Yang deficiency and renal syndrome element were:sleep time,LH,LH/FSH;factors associated with qi stagnation and liver syndrome element were: anxiety,T,PRL;factors associated with the spleen was diet bias;factors associated with phlegm syndrome was WHR. |
