Objective:To explore the distributing law of syndrome element, and the relationship between Symptom elements and objective indexes, in polycystic ovary syndrome, and to Provide reference for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods:Adopting syndrome element differentiation to study the common syndromes elements distribution of polycystic ovary syndrome, and we also detected 84 patient's serum hormone, recorded their height and weight, and explored the relationship among syndromes elements, serum hormone, and obesity.Results:1. Distribution regular of elements of syndrome:The main locations of the disease are liver, uterus, kidney, stomach, spleen; Qi stagnation, heat, dampness are the main characteristic of the nature of polycystic ovary syndrome,it's also more happened to see stasis, deficiency of Yin and deficiency of Qi damp.2. This disease syndromes and miscellaneous research results showed that Majority of Symptom manifest itself in deficiency-excess complication, pure asthenia symptom and solid symptom are rare; The complications of excess syndrome are mainly Qi stagnation and heat;while Yin deficiency and heat predominance are most common in deficiency and excess syndromes.3. The correlation study of syndrome elements and obesity found that:the accumulated points of liver, spleen and the accumulated points of Qi stagnation, dampness, phlegm,in the obese group increased significantly.4. The correlation study of serum hormone levels and obesity found that:serum testosterone levels and LH\FSH in obese group were significantly higher than in non-obese group; non-obese group of LH, FSH is higher than in obese group, but no statistical difference; obese group prolactin (PRL) levels higher than in non-obese group, no statistical difference.5. The correlation study of serum hormone levels and syndrome elements found that:the accumulated points of liver, spleen, qi stagnation was negatively correlated with FSH, the accumulated points of liver which permits a significant negative correlation (P<0.01); the accumulated points of qi stagnation and E2 was negatively correlated;the accumulated points of stasis and PRL were significantly positively correlated;the accumulated points of spleen, wet, Yang Kang was positively correlated with the T; the accumulated points of Su Yang Deficiency points and LH, LH/FSH was positively correlated, Other no correlation.Conclusions:1. liver, uterus are the primary diseases location of PCOS. It is of significance to cure PCOS from liver, uterus in clinical practice.2.PCOS is characterized by the real of venereal mainly Qi stagnation, heat, moisture, and blood stasis.3. The stagnation of liver-QI may be one chief pathogenesis of PCOS.4. Majority of Symptom manifests itself in deficiency-excess complication, pure asthenia symptom and solid symptom are rare.5.Obese patients accumulated points of liver, spleen,Qi stagnation and the accumulated points of Qi stagnation, wet, phlegm than non-obese patients with significantly elevated.6. Obese group Tand LH/FSH was significantly higher than non-obese group, non-fat group of were significantly higher than the obese group.7.there was some correlation between Syndromes elements and serum hormones.
