The Data Mining Of The Drug Rule For The Treatment Of Chickenpox In Ancient Books

Objective:By consulting the related literature on chickenpox in ancient medical books,we review the understanding and development of chickenpox in the past dynasties.Trying to search for the treatment of varicella in ancient literature,analyze its principles,methods,prescriptions,and medicines,combine philology and statistics,systematically summarize and establish a database of varicella data,hoping to provide beneficial results for the clinical treatment of varicella in Chinese medicine in the future Objective basis and new treatment ideas.Methods:Using the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Dictionary as a retrieval tool,a total of 1,156 ancient books on traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved.It is divided into12 categories,including medical classics,diagnosis methods,herbal medicine,prescriptions,acupuncture and massage,typhoid syndrome,febrile disease,comprehensive medical books,clinical departments,health and diet therapy,external treatment,medical treatment,medical records,and others.60 Many small categories,clearly organized,latitude and longitude,involving all disciplines of Chinese medicine,most of the influential ancient Chinese medicine books are included.(2)Extract literature related to chickenpox;(3)Use data mining methods to find commonly used drugs;(4)Count the frequency of single drug use,the frequency of drug properties,and the classification of drug efficacy;use SPSS to classify drugs Perform association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis.(5)Discuss the treatment methods and principles of chickenpox based on the results after sorting.Results:(1)After searching the literature,50 prescriptions were included in the chickenpox prescription group;(2)There are 33 high-frequency drugs used in the varicella prescriptions;(3)The meridian of the medicine is mainly the lung meridian and the spleen meridian,and the lung meridian is 22.68.%;The spleen channel is15.46%;the four characteristics and five flavors are cold(slightly cold)57.57% and bitterness 35.71%.(4)The medicine analyzed by association rules has a confidence level of 100% for licorice-talc,and the rule support is 20%;the confidence level of Pueraria lobata-cohosh is 80% and the rule support is 16%;the confidence level of Nepeta-Fangfeng is 80% and the rule support is 16%.;Poria-ginseng confidence level is 53.846%,rule support is 20%;Poria-baizhu confidence level is 54.545%,rule support is 12%.(5)A total of 7 drug combinations were obtained through cluster analysis,C1:Digupi,Tinglizi,Qianghuo,Ephedra,Talc,Rhubarb,Ginseng,Licorice;C2: Poria,Atractylodes;C3: Cimicifuga,Pueraria lobata,Red peony;C4: Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum,Campanulaceae,Peucedanum,Chenpi;C5: Gardenia,Plantago,Akebia,Rehmannia,Coptis,Rush;C6: Nepeta,Burdock,Parsnip,Scutellaria C7: Angelica,cicada slough,forsythia,white peony root,chuanxiong.(5)The complex network analysis shows that the core drugs in the prescription are licorice,tuckahoe,ginseng,fangfeng,platycodon,talc,cohosh,etc.Conclusion:According to literature search,chickenpox first appeared in Song Dynasty.The theoretical system gradually improved during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Ancient books describe the shape,course,prognosis,and prognosis of chickenpox.The Qing Dynasty physicians even explained the dietary and life taboos during the onset of chickenpox.The medicine mainly regulates the lungs and spleen.The efficacy of the medicine is mainly anti-surface medicine,heat-clearing medicine,and dampness medicine.Cold and bitter drugs are often used for medication,and there are no severe and hot drugs.Several groups of medicines analyzed by association rules and the 7groups of medicines obtained by cluster analysis have the main functions of dispelling wind and relieving surface,clearing heat and detoxification,strengthening the spleen and promoting dampness.
