Clinical Abservation On Modified Guifulizhong Decoction Combined With Anconite Cake-separated-moxibustion In Treating Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: By comparing with conventional western medicine(pinaverium bromide combined with bifidobacterium tetracoccal viable bacteria),the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Guifulizhong Decoction combined with anconite cake-separated-moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)is clear.Evaluate its therapeutic value.Methods: A total of 66 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and irritable bowel syndrome were included in the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases).Both groups were given the same diet and lifestyle instructions.The observation group was given Jiawei Guifulizhong Decoction combined with anconite cake-separated-moxibustion,and the control group was given pinaverium bromide combined with Bifidobacterium tetragenus viable bacteria.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the individual TCM symptom scores,TCM syndrome total scores,TCM syndrome efficacy,IBS-QOL scores,and IBS-QOL total scores before and Recurrence rate and other indicators,and record adverse reactions and missing cases during the treatment process.Use SPSS25.0 software for statistical analysis and processing of data.Result:1.Single TCM symptom score: Comparing within the group,the observation group can improve loose stools,cold abdominal pain,abdominal distension,waist and knee weakness,reluctance to eat,cold limbs(P<0.05),and the control group can improve loose stools,cold abdominal pain,abdominal distension and I did not think about diet,but failed to improve the soreness of waist and knees and cold limbs(P>0.05).the observation group was better in four aspects: abdominal distension,sore waist and knees,not thinking about diet,and cold limbs(P<0.05).In loose stools and abdominal cold pain,the two groups improved the same(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome total score: Comparing within the group,both groups can improve the TCM syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type IBS-D(P<0.05).In comparison between groups,the observation group improved the total score of TCM syndromes more significantly(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome efficacy: The observation group was 93.33%,the control group was 77.41%.the observation group was better(P<0.05).4.IBS quality of life questionnair: Comparing within the group,the two groups can improve the scores of all dimensions(P<0.05).In comparison between groups,the observation group was better than the control group in the four dimensions of irritability,physical ideation,behavior disorder,and health anxiety(P<0.05);the two groups improved in the four dimensions of diet restriction,social response,heterosexual relationship,and interpersonal relationship Equivalent(P>0.05).5.IBS-QOL total score: The two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Recurrence rate: The observation group was 10.71%,the control group was41.67%.The observation group had a lower recurrence rate(P<0.05).7.Safety: In the period of this treatment,there were no other adverse events in either group.conclusion:Modified Guifulizhong Decoction combined with anconite cake-separated-moxibustion in the treatment of IBS-D(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type),can effectively relieve loose stools,abdomen pain,bloating,weak waist and knees,reluctance to eat,and cold limbs Cold and other symptoms,improve the IBS-D spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,improve the quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate,and have good safety.
