Clinical Study Of Jiawei Lianli Decoction Combined With Navel Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: To explore the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency by comparing and evaluating the results of self-prepared formula plus flavor Lianli Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion combined with Meisalqin sustained-release granules and simple meisalqin sustained-release granules.Methods: A total of 60 patients were collected from February2019 to March 2021 who came to the department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,due to their symptoms meeting the disease diagnostic criteria,and their disease was ulcerative colitis,which should be included in the criteria.The patients were classified as spleen-kidney-yang deficiency in Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.In a randomized controlled trial design,patients were randomly assigned to two groups: 30 in therapy group as well as 30 in blank group.Both groups received conventional treatment:Mesalqin sustained-release granules 1.0g,3 times a day.The control group was given this;therapy group was additionally given oral administration of flavored Lianli Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion,200 m L/ time,warm after meal,twice in the morning and evening,umbilical moxibustion twice a week,4 days between the two umbilical moxibustion,each time 2 strong moxibustion,about 20 minutes.Both groups took 30 days as a course of treatment,and the treatment cycle was agreed to be 2courses.The clinical manifestations of the patients before and after treatment were also recorded,and the performance of fiber colonoscopy was also recorded.Face-to-face follow-up was conducted for the effective cases at the end of each treatment course and the whole treatment cycle.previous and after cure,they were compared in various aspects of performance.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,which could be compared.After treatment,therapy group was better than blank group in all aspects of comparison(except tongue coating pulse).Conclusion:1.Both groups were effective.2.therapy group was better than blank group in every major outcome.3.The treatment group had definite clinical effect and effectively improved the quality of life of patients.No adverse reactions were observed during the observation period,which is worthy of further exploration and promotion.
