Clinical Effect Observation Of Aconite Cake-separated Moxibustion In Adjuvant Treatment On Patients With Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of aconite cake-separated moxibustion in adjuvant treatment on patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency of chronic heart failure,and explore the underlying mechanisms.Methods According to inclusion and diagnostic criteria,Choose 90 hospitalized patients diagnosed as heart and kidney yang deficiency of chronic heart failure.According to the order of entering the hospital,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment,The control group was treated with western medicine combined with aconite cake-separated moxibustion.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)single symptom score,TCM syndrometotal score,TCM syndrome effect,NT-pro BNP,NYHA heart function and LVEF before and after treatment were observed.Results(1)Comparison of cardiac function between the two groups after treatment:Cardiac function improved in both groups after treatment,the effective rate of cardiac function in the treatment group was 89%,The effective rate of cardiac function in the control group was 71%;The curative effect of cardiac function in treatment group was higher than that in control group,with Statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of NT-pro BNP before and after treatment in two groups: NT-pro BNP in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);NT-pro BNP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups: after treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of single symptom scores between two groups of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the scores of single symptom of TCM were significantly lower than the previous ones,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment in the two groups,the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,chills and colds,oliguria,facial swollen limbs,and abdominal distention were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of the efficacy ofTCM syndromes between the two groups: after treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 91%,and the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the control group was 73%,and the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of LVEF before and after treatment between the two groups:LVEF was improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Aconite cake-separated moxibustion in adjuvant treatment on patients can significantly improve the clinical effect of Heart and kidney yang deficiency of chronic heart failure;(2)It is significantly superior to the treatment of western medicine alone in improving the TCM syndrome,NT-pro BNP,NYHA cardiac function and LVEF.
