With the continuous development of my country’s medical industry,more and more information technology enters the medical industry,and the hospital information system is gradually improved.However,at the same time,due to the different technologies and architectures adopted by the systems,the data structure and terminology standards are quite different,making the integration,data integration and collaborative development of the medical system a technical difficulty in the current stage of hospital information construction.The incompatibility and non-universality between hospital information systems restrict the development of hospital informatization.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the status quo of hospital informatization in our country.Aiming at the large amount of hospital data,complex data sources,the existence of semantic heterogeneity among data sources,and the lack of semantic support capabilities for Web services,this paper proposes to build a medical ontology to realize the semantics of Web services and to achieve Semantic Web is the core solution of a new type of hospital information integration system.The main work is as follows:(1)Use ontology technology to solve the problem of semantic heterogeneity in medical system integration.First,a medical ontology construction scheme is designed,and the extraction rules of the relational database ontology semantic model are studied from multiple aspects.Secondly,it designs and implements the extraction of medical ontology models from relational databases and constructs local medical ontology so that medical information can circulate and understand each other.(2)In view of the problem of heterogeneous medical ontology fusion mapping,detailed research on the mapping calculation of heterogeneous ontology,establish a comprehensive calculation model of heterogeneous ontology mapping,and use automatic weighting method to calculate ontology mapping from multiple angles to obtain more accurate ontology Concept similarity calculation result.By using the calculation results,an improved K-Means algorithm and hierarchical clustering algorithm are proposed.While realizing the discovery of bulk ontology concept mapping relationships in the ontology mapping process,it completes the judgment of the hierarchical relationship of ontology concepts.Through experimental analysis,the algorithm improves the accuracy and work efficiency of heterogeneous medical ontology fusion mapping.(3)Based on the construction of medical ontology,a medical semantic web service system is designed and implemented.Aiming at the problem of the lack of semantic support capabilities of existing integrated system,by using ontology modeling technology,traditional Web services are semantically transformed,and the semantic matching of Web services is introduced in detail.The Web service discovery based on service functions is realized by adding semantic support information in the Web service matching process,and on this basis,the semantic Web service clustering algorithm based on descriptive features and the semantic Web service weakening matching algorithm based on ontology are studied.The method of clustering before matching takes into account the query and matching efficiency of Web services,and improves the retrieval capabilities of Web services.(4)Based on the comprehensive application of ontology technology and semantic Web service technology,this thesis uses the hospital service bus technology to complete the construction of the hospital information integration system.In terms of functional modules,the information integration system is divided into an integrated service platform and an integrated monitoring platform.The integrated service platform is responsible for the unified management of the hospital ontology dictionary and Web services,and realizes the smooth flow of information between the systems.The integrated monitoring platform realizes the visual monitoring of the operation of the hospital information integration system,ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the system. |
