[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pelvic-sacral moxibustion combined with oral estrogen on thin endometriumpatients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.[Methods]72 patients with thin endometrial insufficiency and blood stasis type were recruited in this randomized control trial.,and were randomly divided into two groups in 1:1 ratio. The experimental group received moxibustion in the pelvis and sacrum areas plus oral estrogen, and the control group received oral estrogen alone. The treatment was continued for 3 months and followed up 3 months. The clinical efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment and during the follow-up period. The main efficacy index was the daily endometrial thickness of human chorionic gonadotrophin, and the secondary efficacy indicators included the TCM symptom score of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and the score of menstrual blood loss.At the same time, the safety and compliance of the two groups of subjects were evaluated.[Results]1.In this study,a total of 59 patients completed all treatment, and the baseline situation of the control group and the experimental group before treatment was comparable.2.Main efficacy indicators:After treatment, the mean endometrial thickness in the experimental group was 8.23 mm,and that in the control group was 7.40 mm.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Secondary efficacy indicators:① After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the control group did not improve significantly compared with before, and the experimental group improved significantly compared with before treatment, which has obvious curative effect on relieving the symptoms such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees, aversion to cold and cold limbs;and the comparison between the two groups, the improvement of TCM symptom score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The menstrual flow in the experimental group increased significantly after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).③ During the follow-up period, the improvement of endometrial thickness,TCM symptoms and menstrual flow in the experimental group were better than that in the control group.4.Safety and compliance:A total of 30 patients in the experimental group completed the treatment,2 of whom had mild skin redness and swelling, which improved spontaneously after a few days;a total of 29 patients in the control group completed the treatment, and 1 had menstrual disorders after oral administration of estrogen, returned to normal after drug withdrawal, and no adverse reactions occurred. This study has good safety and compliance.[Conclusion]1.Moxibustion on the pelvis and sacrum has a good clinical effect on promoting the growth of the endometrium in women, improving the symptoms of lower abdominal pain, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, aversion to cold and cold limbs.2.The pelvic and sacral moxibustion is safe and easy to operate. It is a good treatment method. |
