The Impact Of Chinese Herbal Medcine And Intracavitary Physiotherapy On Thin Endometrial And Serum TXA2、PGI2 Of Patients With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis In Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer Treatment Cycle

Objective: To observe the effect of therapy of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with Intracavitary physiotherapy on TCM syndrome score,endometrial blood flow、thickness and serum thromboxane TXA2 and prostacyclin PGI2 in patients with kidney deficiency,blood stasis and endometrial thinning,and to explore the mechanism of improving the clinical pregnancy rate by improving the clinical mechanism of improving the endometrial receptivity of patients with thin endometrium.Methods:Sixty-six patients with thin Endometrial kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome who underwent frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,33 cases treated with Intracavitary physiotherapy combined with Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine plus Bujiale(treatment group),33 cases treated with pure western medicine Bujiale(control group).By observing the scores of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness,intimal blood flow and volume,serum thromboxane TXA2,PGI2,the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 and clinical pregnancy rate.To explore the effects of Intracavitary physiotherapy combined with Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine on FET cycle endometrial receptivity and the improvement of symptoms in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Results:1.In the FET cycle endometrial transformation day,the endometrial thickness,V and VFI were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05);PI and RI were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05);2.In the two groups,the levels of serum TXA2 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The level of prostacyclin PGI2 in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P(P <0.05).The TXA2/PGI2 ratio in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05);TXA2/PGI2 ratio was positively correlated with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;3.After treatment,the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were obviously improved in the treatment group.The clinical pregnancy rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Intracavitary physiotherapy can significantly improve the status of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,improve clinical pregnancy rate;2.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and endovascular therapy may decrease the content of TXA2 in serum,at the same time does not affect the generation of PGI2,and balance the ratio of them,improve the endometrial blood flow,increase the thickness of endometrium and improve endometrial receptivity.
