| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of adding or subtracting Yulinzhu combined with Fenmoratong in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility patients with kidney deficiency.Material and method:A collection of 60 cases of kidney deficiency type of thin endometrium in patients with infertility,randomly divided into the control group(western Group),the treatment group(western medicine + Chinese medicines),30 cases of each group.Control group : patients received fenmalthon(estradiol tablet/didrogesterone tablet)red tablet(each tablet containing estradiol 2mg)1 tablet per day to ovulation day when follicles ≥14mm,and then fenmalthon yellow tablet(each tablet containing estradiol 2mg and didrogesterone 10 mg)1 tablet per day after ovulation,for 14 days in total.Treatment group: on the basis of the control group,the patients took TCM decoction orally on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,1 dose /d,decocted in water,divided in the morning and evening,and stopped taking medicine after menstruation.Follicular growth and endometrial thickness were monitored from the 10 th day of menstruation in both groups,and Patients were based on the follicular development of guidance for sex.The two groups were the treatment of 3consecutive menstrual cycles.TCM syndrome score,thickness of endometria,type A endometrial ratio,uterine artery hemodynamic parameters,the volume of menstrual flow and pregnancy status within 3 months after drug withdrawal were observed before and after treatment,as well as comprehensive efficacy.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:Two sets of integration of TCM syndromes after treatment had decreased,more significant differences within the group(P<0.05).Integral comparison between the treatment of syndromes and treatment group(9.03±4.15)than the control group(13.53±5.1),a significant difference(P<0.05).2.Endometrial thickness : treatment of the latter two groups have different degrees of endometrial thickness increases,more significant differences within the group(p<0.05).Comparison between the treatment of endometrial thickness after the treatment group(0.84 ±0.09)than the control group(0.76± 0.07),a significant difference.3.Endometrium type: after treatment,treatment of endometrial ratio in Group A-63.3 and the control group 33.3 a marked difference in the comparison(P<0.05).4.Uterine artery blood flow parameters PI and RI: Treatment of two sets of uterine artery blood flow parameters after PI,PI was reduced,more significant differences within the group(P<0.05).After treatment,PI in the treatment group(1.78±0.24),RI(0.63±0.09),PI in the control group(2.02±0.36),RI(0.7±0.08),There were significant differences among all groups(P < 0.05).5.Rates of pregnancy : pregnancy rate in the treatment group 36.7,the control group 26.7,no significant difference(P>0.05)6.Menstrual volume score: after treatment,the menstrual volume score of the treatment group and the control group increased,and there was a significant difference within the group(P <0.05).After the treatment period,the volume of the treatment group score(43.6±12.29),the control group(32.56±9.51).7.Total Effective treatment group(86.7%)Comparison of total efficiency of the control group(66.7%)and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The addition or reduction of Yulinzhu combined with Fenmoratong can increase the endometrial thickness,reduce the uterine artery blood flow parameters(PI,RI),improve the endometrial type,increase menstrual volume,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve the endometrial tolerance in patients with thin endometrial infertility with renal deficiency,and the effect is better than fenmoratong alone. |
