Clinical Study Of Wentong Huoxue Cream Can Improve The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Of Qixuxueyu

Objective: To observe the effect of Wentong Huoxue Cream on the quality of life of patients with diabetes of peripheral neuropathy of Qixuxueyu.Methods: From September2020 to December 2020,the DPN patients were selected,and 70 patients who met the standard,according to the contents of random envelopes,they were divided into experimental group and control group,Both groups were 35 patients.The control group was given oral mecobalamin tablets under the condition of stable blood glucose control.On the basis of treatment the control group,the experimental group added appropriate amount of erasure and Wentong Huoxue cream.The changes of SF-36 quality of life score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,vibration sensation threshold and ankle brachial index were observed before and after treatment.Results: on basic information,between the experimental group and the control group was no difference.After administration,compared SF-36 the 8 dimensions in the quality of life score.A difference was observed SF-36 the scores of physiological and emotional functions in the quality of life score,after treatment,the score was higher than before treatment.And when it comes to VAS.The scores of the test group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment,But the scores was no difference between the both groups after treatment.In the TCM syndrome score,before treatment score was no difference between the experimental group and the western medicine treatment group,After treatment,the scores were lower than before,There were differences between the two groups after treatment,Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly in the experimental group;In the limb Doppler statistics,Analysis of the ABI、VPT of the experimental group and the control group before treatment,There was no gap between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: The clinical symptoms such as limb pain and numbness in DPN patients can be obviously improved by external treatment of Wentong Huoxue cream,and the scores of physiological and emotional functions can be improved,and the quality of life of DPN patients can be improved.
