Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy By Xiaopi Bi Footbath And Cilostazol

Objective To study the clinical effect of xiaoketang and foot bath combined with cilostazol in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were included in the study in Our hospital from 2015 August to 2016 Octorber.And were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,the control group were treated with cilostazol,combined with the group of patients with Xiaoke foot bath,cilostazol combination therapy,compared before and after Common peroneal nerve,Tibial nerve,Median nerve sensory conduction velocity,motor conduction The total effective rate of disease treatment;the total score of symptoms before and after treatment in both groups;the occurrence of adverse drug reactions;the level of serum IL-6 and TNF-a before and after treatment;compare the quality of life of two groups of patients.Results(1)There was no significant difference in sensory conduction velocity and motor conduction velocity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate was 97.14%in the combined group and 80%in the control group(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The serum IL-6 and TNF-a levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(x2= 0.903;(P<0.05).(6)Physiological function,physical function,physical pain,general health,vigor,social function,emotional function and mental health of the patients in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group,The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Diabetes foot bath with cilostazol combined treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity.(2)Diabetes foot bath with cilostazol combined treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,can improve the therapeutic effect.(3)Diabetes foot bath with cilostazol combined treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,can improve clinical symptoms.(4)The combination of xiaoketang foot bath and cilostazol in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can reduce the expression of serum inflammatory factors in patients with no obvious adverse reactions.(5)Diabetes foot bath with cilostazol combined treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,can improve the quality of life of patients,can be used as clinical treatment programs.
