| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wentong Huoxue Cream in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qixuxueyu and its effect on C-reactive protein.Methods:Acording to the method of random digital envelop.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a experimental group 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment.namely basic hypoglycemic combined with methylcobalamin oral administration,The experimental group was given Wentong Huoxue cream topically on the basis of the control group for 28 days.The scores of VAS、TSS、TCSS、traditional Chinese medicine symptoms、Doppler ultrasound of the limbs nd the level of C-reactive protein,the level of sialic acid of the two groups of patients before and after the experiment were analyzed.Results: Before administration,there was no difference in baseline data between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);after administration,the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before the administration of this group(P < 0.05);After administration,the VAS score in the test group was reduced compared with the control group,and the difference was significant difference.The improvement of clinical syndromes in the test group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Decreased(P<0.05).the sialic acid level in the test group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).the TSS score、TCSS score、 and blood C-reactive protein level of the two groups were higher than those of the group There was no significant change before treatment(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups after administration.Conclusion: Wentong HuoxueCream can improve clinical symptoms,reduce VAS scores,reduce sialic acid levels,and improve diabetes quality of life in patients with peripheral neuropathy. |
