The Intervene Of Sanjie Tongmai Recipe Based On The Theory Of “Yu Neng Hua Shui” Research For The Treatment Of Carotid Artery Atheromatous Plaque

Purpose: Through clinical studies,to explore the unique advantages of scattered section unclogged arteries treatment of atherosclerotic plaque based on the theory of "Blood stasis can turn water",and provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic plaque.Method: Selected 72 cases of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017,then divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases each randomly.The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine“Sanjie Tongmai recipe”on the basis of standardized treatment of western medicine in the control group,and treated for12 weeks.Then observed the changes of blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),carotid IMT,plaque Croouse score,TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score,hs-CRP,serum CD40/CD40 L and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),and analyzed datas.Result:(1)After treatment,the serum lipid status of the two groups was compared,TC,TG and ldl-c of the treatment group and the control group were decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),hdl-c was increased,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)After treatment,the two groups of patients had lower carotid intima-media thickness and plaque Cronouse scores after treatment,there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups: there was a very significant difference within the group(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups was better than that of the control group at the 4th,8th and 12 th week.There were significant differences between groups(P<0.01);The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome treatment group was 85.71%,the control group is 64.71%,there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05);(4)Serum hs-CRP,mmp-9 and leukocyte differentiation antigen 40 and its ligand(CD40/CD40L)were improved in both groups compared with the pre-treatment level(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05);(5)The results of this study showed that there were no abnormalities in the safety indicators before and after the trial in the two groups of patients.Conclusion: The scattered section unclogged arteries treatment based on the theory of“Blood stasis can turn water”has a remarkable therapeutic effect on the carotid atherosclerotic plaque in the phlegm-resistance type,which can improve the blood lipid level,reduce the IMT and the plaque Crouse score.Improve TCM syndromes,reduce serum hs-CRP,MMP-9levels.Its mechanism of action may be related to inhibition of CD40/CD40 L signaling pathway,no adverse reactions and good safety.
