Objective: To make a meta-analysis of the clinical effect of Yiqi huoxue therapy on stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the past Randomized controlled trial. To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and scientificity of Renshen Siwu decoction in treating stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Method: 1.Meta Analysis: Internet search for related Randomized controlled trial published between 2010 and 2020,Language Limited.Supplementary retrieval of relevant literature within the corresponding time, such as consulting relevant citation literature, flip through the paper magazine,etc..According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, the literature was managed and screened in the website and Endnote software, and the Rev Man 5.4 was used for meta-analysis.2.Clinical Study: 64 patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into test group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases). The control group was given routine Western medicine intervention and nitroglycerin tablets to relieve symptoms when necessary. The experimental group was treated with ginseng and Siwu decoction. For a six-week course. The related clinical symptoms, curative effect index and Safety Index were recorded before and after administration, and the curative effect and safety of Ginseng Siwu decoction were analyzed statistically.Result: 1.Meta-analysis: a total of 18 articles were selected, including 2038 patients,1047 cases in the experimental group and 991 cases in the control group. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficiency of the test group was better than that of the control group:{ ratio(OR)= 2.53,95% confidence interval(CI)(1.66,3.85),p < 0.00001},The effective rate of TCM symptom: { or = 3.77,95% CI(2.69,5.27),p <0.00001},the effective rate of ECG: { or = 2.42,95% CI(1.95,3.00),p< 0.00001},the effective rate of angina pectoris was evaluated: { OR =3.65,95% CI(2.58,5.16),p < 0.0001},the nitroglycerin rate was evaluated:{ or = 3.59,95% CI(1.60,8.09),P = 0.002},the effect was significant and the result was steady. The results showed that the method of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation combined with Western medicine in treating stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)could pass sensitivity analysis in clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,ECG,angina pectoris and rate of nitroglycerin arrest, and the curative effect was objective and steady, statistically significant.2.Clinical study: the effective rate of TCM syndrome in test group was 90.32%,that in control group was 73.33%,that in test group was 90.32%,that in control group was 60.00%,that in test group was 87.10%,that in nitroglycerin group was 60.00%.After treatment, both the experimental group and the control group had significant curative effect, and the experimental group had significant superiority over the control group(p< 0.05).The effective rate of ECG was 83.90% in the test group and 60.0%in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p = 0.103 > 0.05).TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris score, blood lipid, high sensitivity c-reactive protein and homocysteine were significant in the treatment group and the control group, and there were significant advantages in the treatment group compared with the control group(p < 0.05).The safety was good, and no adverse events were observed during the test. Conclusion: 1.Meta-analysis: the treatment of stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)is superior to the single Western medicine.Due to the limitation of the number of samples and the great difference among samples, there are some biases, and the results are limited,so we expect higher quality RCT test to verify the results.2.Clinical research: Ginseng Siwu decoction for stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)can enhance the clinical efficacy, drug safety, worth promoting.
