Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Children Mesenteric Lymphadenitis With Heat-clearing And Stasis-removing Method

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of heat-clearing therapy(ML)and the method of removing heat and blood stasis(ML)in lung and stomach.Method:72 cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with lung-stomach heat syndrome were treated for 14 days by oral administration of Qingre Huayu granule for 7 days.Before treatment,7 days after treatment,and 14 days after treatment,the children’s TCM syndrome scores were recorded respectively.Before treatment and 14 days after treatment,the blood routine values and the changes of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound lymph nodes were recorded respectively to evaluate the curative effect.The changes of liver and kidney function were observed before and after treatment,and the safety was evaluated.Results:1.The clinical curative effect comparison:this topic total inclusion case 72 examples,among them falls off 2 examples,eliminates 3 examples,the case actual completion number is 67 examples.14 days after treatment,control 12 cases(17.91%),active 36(53.73%),13 cases(19.40%),and 6 cases(8.96%),61 cases effective,total effective rate was 91.04%.2.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 92.54% after 14 days of treatment.3.The total scores of TCM syndromes on 7 and 14 days after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).4.7 and 14 days of treatment,the syndromes and symptoms secondary to the main symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).5.Before treatment,37 patients(55.22%)had moderate pain,22 patients(32.84%)had mild pain,8 patients(11.94%)had severe pain,and 0 patients had no pain.After 7 days of treatment,20 patients(29.85%)had no pain,25 patients(37.31%)had mild pain,16patients(23.88%)had moderate pain,and 6 patients(8.96%)had severe pain.After 14 days of treatment,45 cases(67.16%)were painless,19 cases(28.36%)were mild,3 cases(4.48%)were moderate,and 0 cases were severe.It showed that the pain grade was obviously decreased after treatment.6.Comparison of laboratory examination indexes: After 7 days of treatment,the white blood cell count,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and serum amyloid protein of the children were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).the neutrophil ratio and lymphocyte ratio,P>0.05,had no significant difference.14 days of treatment,blood infection index than before treatment,there is statistically significant(P<0.05)difference.7.Kill.After 14 days of treatment,the mesenteric lymphadenopathy disappeared in 12cases(17.91%),decreased in 49 cases(73.13%),and remained unchanged in 6 cases(8.96%).After 14 days of treatment,abdominal color doppler ultrasound showed that the longitudinal and transverse diameters of lymph nodes were changed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).8.Safety:during the treatment period,the children did not have adverse reactions,liver and kidney function and other indicators were not abnormal.Conclusion:Qingrehuayu granule has a good clinical effect on the improvement of TCM symptoms in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis of lung-stomach heat type,at the same time,it can improve the abnormal index of blood routine examination and the enlarged lymph nodes in abdominal color doppler ultrasound.Qingre Huayu granule is safe and effective in the treatment of this disease,no adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment.
