A Clinical Observation On Periodic Therapy Of Clearing Away Heat,Removing Dampness And Removing Blood Stasis In Treating Patients Suffered From Immune Infertility Of Damp-heat And Blood-stasis Stagnation Type

Objective: This project is based on the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and the academic thought of Pang’ gynecology,which is to make good use of the periodic therapy of clearing away heat and dampness and removing blood stasis.By observing the efficacy and safety on periodic therapy of clearing away heat,removing dampness and removing blood stasis in treating patients suffered from immune infertility of damp-heat and blood-stasis stagnation,the mechanism of its efficacy is explored and analyzed to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of immune infertility.Method: 62 patients with immune infertility who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in the study in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period from January 01,2018 to December 31,2019 were collected,they were divided into treatment group(31 cases)and Control Group(31 cases)by random number table.The treatment group was treated with heat-clearing,dampness-removing and blood-stasis-removing periodic therapy,and the control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablet for 3consecutive menstrual cycles.The total effective rate,serum antibody index(As Ab,Em Ab,Ao Ab,Az PAb,Ahc GAb),pregnancy rate,TCM Syndromes score and safety index were observed in the 2 groups.The patients were followed up for 3 months to observed pregnancy and abortion.Result:(1)Total effective rate: 86.7% in the treatment group and 48.3%.in the control group.The two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).It showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Pregnancy rate: 20.0% in the treatment group and 6.90%.in the control group.The two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).It showed that there was no difference between the two groups in increasing pregnancy.(3)Serum Antibody Index: the negative conversion rate of the serum As Ab,Em Ab,Ao Ab,Az PAb and Ahc GAb antibody was 35.7%、61.5%、40.0%、25.0% and 36.4% in the treatment group,and 35.3%、21.4%、35.3%、0.0% and 54.5%,in the control group,respectively.The two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The results showed that there was no difference in the negative conversion rate of Serum Anti--body between the two groups.(4)TCM Syndrome score: Comparison within the group: the two groups could significantly relieve the various TCM syndromes and reduce the main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total symptom score of TCM syndromes(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: the treatment group had significant advantages compared with the control group in relieve smaller-abdominal pain,pouring vaginal discharge,yellow vaginal discharge,fetid vaginal discharge,distention and pain of lumbar and sacrum,abdominal pain aggravate during menstruation,purple menstrual flow,sloppy diarrhea,dry stool,yellow urine and the total symptom score of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).(5)Safety indicators: both groups underwent safety examination before and after treatment,and there was no abnormality.(6)Follow-up situation: a total of 59 cases were followed up,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.During the follow-up period,6cases of pregnancy,and 0 case of abortion in the treatment group,2 cases of pregnancy,and 0 case of abortion in the treatment group,Conclusion:The periodic therapy of clearing heat and removing dampness and removing blood stasis could improve the total effective rate of immune infertility patients with dampness-heat stagnation type,could make the antibody of Serum Asab,Em Ab,Ao Ab,Az PAb and Ahc GAb turn negative and improve patients’ TCM symptoms,no adverse reactions occurred during treatment,good safety,worthy clinical application.
