of residence, marital status, concomitant diseases, number of ducts,Gleason score and disease stage were the influencing factors of anorexia symptoms.Age is the influencing factor of constipation symptoms;Occupation and religious belief are the influencing factors of diarrhea symptoms.Age,occupation, monthly family income, payment method of medical expenses and stage of disease are the factors that influence economic hardship.Marital status and educational level were the influencing factors of urinary tract symptoms.Education level is an influential factor in the treatment of related symptoms.3.Multivariate analysis: comorbidities and disease staging significantly affected overall quality of life.Gleason score and disease stage significantly affected somatic function.Concomitant diseases, number of channels and disease stage significantly affected role function.Disease stage significantly affected emotional function;Marital status, concomitant diseases and disease stage significantly affected cognitive function.Disease staging significantly affected social functioning;Age and disease stage had significant influence on fatigue symptoms. The symptoms of nausea and residence, comorbidities,Gleason score and disease stage significantly affected anorexia symptoms.Age significantly affected constipation symptoms;Occupation and religion had significant influence on diarrhea symptoms.Age and disease stage significantly affect economic hardship.Conclusion:(1)The overall health and function of the endocrine therapy patients for prostate cancer included in the study were good, but the economic difficulties were particularly serious for the patients, which directly affected the quality of life and required the continuous improvement of medical security by the state
