| Objective: To measure the status of treatment compliance of hypertension patients in Huanggu District of Shenyang City, analyze and explore the influencing factors of hypertension compliance, screen important intervention groups, provide reference for the development of targeted individual nursing, and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: from August 2020 to November 2020,two communities in Huanggu District were selected by cluster sampling, and face-to-face interview was used to collect the general demographic data, hypertension treatment compliance scale(TASHP),hypertension treatment attitude and Belief Scale(ATRABS)and medical social support scale Family care index questionnaire. In this survey,400 questionnaires were carried out and 371 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective recovery rate was 92.75%.The general information of the patients was described by frequency, percentage, mean, etc.;the treatment compliance, treatment attitude and belief, family function, medical and social support of the patients were described by mean and standard deviation;T test was used to compare the two groups,one-way ANOVA was used to compare the multi group means, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of variables;multiple linear stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in community. Results: 1.The overall level of compliance: the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in Huanggu District was poor.Among the four dimensions of compliance,The score of life management was the highest, while the score of tobacco and alcohol management was the lowest.2.Univariate analysis of influencing compliance: there were statistically significant differences in the treatment compliance scores of hypertension patients with different age, occupation, education level, medication time, types of antihypertensive drugs, consultation interval, monthly income, smoking and drinking,BMI classification.(p<0.05)3.Correlation analysis: There was a positive correlation between the attitude of hypertension treatment and belief, family care, and the total score of hypertension treatment compliance, and there was a negative correlation between social medical support and total score of hypertension treatment compliance(p<0.05) Multiple linear stepwise regression: Incorporating all variables into the equation, the results show that monthly income, interval between consulting doctors, attitudes and beliefs about medication and treatment, attitudes and beliefs about adherence to treatment, emotional support, and family care are divided into factors affecting treatment compliance.A total of 29.8% of the total variation was explained. Conclusions: 1.The overall level of compliance with treatment of hypertension in the community is low,and tobacco and alcohol management behavior is a non-negligible factor for low compliance.2.Monthly income, interval between consulting doctors, medication treatment attitude and belief, adherence to treatment attitude belief, emotional support, family care total score are the influencing factors of hypertension treatment compliance.3.Hypertension treatment compliance is closely related to hypertension treatment attitudes and beliefs, medical social support, and family care.Among them, medication treatment attitudes and beliefs, adherence to treatment attitudes and beliefs, emotional support, and family care are divided into the impact of compliance factor.Medical staff can improve patients’ compliance with treatment through health education. |
