Clinical Effect Of Jichuan Decoction Combined With Buzhong Yiqi Decoction On Senile Constipation With Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:This study observes the therapeutic effect of Jichuan Decoction combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in elderly constipation patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and uses conventional western medicine(wheat cellulose granules)as a reference to seek for elderly constipation patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndromeMethods: The object of the study was to screen 68 outpatients and inpatients in the Anorectal Department of Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Ningxia Medical University from October 2019 to October 2020.The included patients met the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation in the Roman standard(IV),and were randomly grouped according to the time of treatment.34 patients in the control group used wheat cellulose granules(3 times a day,3.5g each time,1 bag,continuous service 2 weeks,and then take the maintenance dose,twice a day,3.5g each time)treatment,34 patients in the observation group were treated with Jichuan Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group(Astragalus 30 g,Cistanche 18 g,Roasted Licorice 18 g,Codonopsis 18 g,Baizhu 30 g,Orange Peel 12 g,Cohosh 12 g,Bupleurum 9g,Angelica 15 g,Achyranthes 6g,Alisma 9g,Hemp seed 9g,Fructus Aurantii 6g,unified by Yinchuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Pharmaceutical Production,made into bags,200ml/bag);the two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the safety,efficacy,severity of adverse reactions,and causality between adverse reactions and drugs were observed in the two groupsResults:(1)Analysis of the results.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with symptoms such as clear and long urine,cold limbs,white complexion,cold pain in the abdomen and warmth,defecation time,force of defecation,nature of defecation,number of defecation and other symptoms.Statistical difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of all symptoms in the observation group were significantly reduced,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the control group was relieved of abdominal pain and warmth In addition,the scores of other symptoms were all lowered,and compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared between the two groups,the scores of symptoms in the observation group such as cold limbs,pale complexion,cold pain in the abdomen and warmth,and fecal nature were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the total TCM symptom scores,the comparison between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment,The difference is significant(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was97.06%,which was significantly higher than 76.47% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There were 2 cases of recurrence in the observation group,and the recurrence rate was 5.88%,which was obviously lower than the 9 cases in the control group,and the recurrence rate was 26.4%.The data between the groups was statistically compared(P<0.05).(4)The test results of this study showed that the control group’s SCr,BUN,AST,ALT,and other routine index inspections were compared with the observation group before treatment.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05);after 4weeks of treatment,there was no statistical difference between the observation group’s inspection results of various routine indicators and the control group(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups of SCr,BUN,There was no statistical difference between AST,ALT,etc.and before treatment(P>0.05).(5)According to the analysis of the results,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment was 5.88%,and the symptoms were mild and improved spontaneously without affecting the treatment;the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 11.76%,of which 1 patient with rash had moderate symptoms,Improved after symptomatic treatment,did not stop the medication.The incidence of adverse reactions and the severity of adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)A total of 6 cases of adverse reactions in68 patients were reported and evaluated.The results showed that 4 of them could be judged as adverse reactions of wheat cellulose granules,Jichuan Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Conclusion:(1)Study on elderly functional constipation patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,applying Jichuan Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can improve the patient’s TCM symptom score,reduce the limbs,pale complexion,cold pain and joy in the abdomen Symptom scores such as temperature and fecal nature.(2)The application of Jichuan Jian and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat elderly functional constipation with spleen and kidney yang deficiency can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate of constipation.(3)Observe the treatment safety of Jichuan Jian and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function of the patients are not affected after medication,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,the symptoms are mild,and the safety is high.
