Clinical Study On Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency By Wenyang Runchang Method Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective:The clinical treatment effect of patients with functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency was observed by Wenyang Runchang combined with acupoint application,and compared with patients with oral lactulose solution.For patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC,find a treatment plan with better curative effect and better long-term curative effect.Methods:Sixty patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC diagnosis criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Guizhi ginseng decoction and Jichuan decoction combined with acupoint application.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction was taken 150 ml each time,and it was taken twice a day in the morning and evening,and the acupoint was applied twice a week.The control group was treated with oral western lactulose orally,15 ml each time,once a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups,and the patient’s syndrome scores were recorded before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Through the comparison of the two groups of TCM main symptoms,total symptom scores,single symptom scores and recurrence,the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Runchang combined with acupoint application for the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC wasevaluated.(1)clinical comprehensive curative effect: The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC,but the total effective rate of the treatment group of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC was treated with Wenyang Runchang method combined with acupoint application.Up to 93.33%,the total effective rate was higher than 76.67% of the western medicine lactulose group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)..(2)to improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: After4 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved.However,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the nature of feces,cold and pain in the abdomen,pale complexion,and limbs without temperature symptoms(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group in improving the number of bowel movements,the degree of defecation,the time of defecation,and the length of urination(P>0.05).At the end of treatment,the total scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was concluded that both treatments can effectively treat or alleviate the spleen and kidney.The clinical symptoms of yang deficiency type FC;however,the total scores of primary and secondary symptoms of TCM patients treated with Wenyang Runchang method combined with acupoint application were significantly lower than those of the control group,and statistically significant after data analysis(P <0.05),indicating that the effect of using Wenyang Runchang combined with acupoint sticking on FC was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)Follow-up results:Four weeks after the end of the course of treatment,the patients were excluded from the study.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 14.29%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(43.48%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the patients in the treatment group had a low recurrence rate after the combination of Wenyang Runchang and acupoint application,and the prognosis was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Wenyang Runchang combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC patients,the curative effect is positive,and the recurrence rate is low.It is further illustrated that the combination of Wenyang Runchang and Acupoint Application is a better treatment for treating spleen and kidney yang deficiency type FC,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
